Does Burger King have people waiting in line for 15 minutes then when you want to order or something they mess up the order the cashiers aren't very smart either they just be stuttering and don't know the changes on the your account and they still don't know what changes to get back I just have to have better service

Purchase made at drive thru. Children meal, and double cheeseburger meal (medium). Children meal had more fries then the double cheeseburger meal that was suppose to be medium. No straw provided or offered (I assumed it was included).

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Paid $9 and some change for A Whopper that had next to NOTHING on it and my drink...(We will get to that later) 2 pickles, 1 slice of tomato, 4 slivers of limp lettuce and was SUPPOSED to have Extra mayo but didn't have enough to cover the bun I guess I'm lucky it actually had the cheese. The whopper was so flat because it had next to nothing on it, it was also dry. I ordered a DIET Coke and surprise...IT WAS REGULAR so down the sink it went because I can't drink it and I can tell the difference. My advice Go to a Different Burger King!!

I have never had a better fast food experience than I had today at this Burger King. The dining room is so clean and they offered me and my son a crown while we waited for our order! The managers seem to have this location under control especially with all of their friendly employees, will be back for sure!

Order a new bacon melt asked for no sauce but add ketchup and Mayo. They didn’t give the onions nor the ketchup and Mayo. My boyfriend order 3 rode cheeseburgers extra barbecue sauce and add bacon. All meat was dry little to no sauce no cheese no bacon. Did give two barbecue dipping sauces… also there was an employee rolling a blunt at the back door with his phone propped up like he was on break. I’ve never had an issue before but this one is pretty big….

I just called to place an order for delivery. 2 Classic Wraps, 2 large Frozen Cokes. I am sick and my voice is very hoarse. I wanted to know about delivery service. When the girl answered and heard my voice, she told me that I should go back to the playground and play with my little friend's. I am 68 yo. I ended ordering online at 2:30 pm today,, but this will be She was very rude, and not the way to treat or talk to a customer. I believe I won't be ordering or coming to a Burger King again I will go to Mc Donald's for my food from now on and will advise my family and friends of how I was treated. I don't think they will be doing business with Burger King again. I am also going to report this to a corporate office.
