Always understaffed. The people working behind their counter do their best to keep up, but sometimes there is just one person working and the wait can be very long. We love a DQ, so we wait, but sometimes knowing we will be standing in line for a long time makes us choose to go somewhere else.
Decent DQ, do wish there was a better system for mobile orders, I order on Mobile to be in and out yet Everytime I get there I have to wait because I am not trying to cut ahead of a bunch of people waiting at the pick up window
I've been going to this Dairy queen since I was as young as I can remember. The staff is always nice and the ice cream is always amazing. One thing I can't help but describe is the lack of actual food at WNY DQ's, we want DQ burgers and fries! ?
