I don’t recommend ordering more than one item at this Domino’s on Delaware Street. The pizza and the loaded tots were fine. However, the new Mac & Cheese and the Italian sandwich were UNACCEPTABLE! Instead of making me the spicy version of Mac & Cheese, they made the regular version, which wasn’t much and the tin pan was burned. The Mac & Cheese itself was hard to eat due to it sticking (glued) to the tin pan. The Italian sandwich pictured was basically slapped together and overcooked. Check your food and if they give you a hard time, ask to see the manager. Lesson learned!

This isn't against domino's itself but your employees, I had 4 of your workers in uniform in my establishment, they came in and urinated on my walls and floor. Can't imagine what your restaurant looks like.

Workers were totally ignorant!! Was having a hard time placing an order online, called the store and a lady was trying to help me until the system was updating, and wouldn’t let her place the order. She transferred me to a guy also at the store so he could try on his computer and he kept asking me for my order number. I tried explaining that I didn’t have an order number because it couldn’t be placed due to the system updating, and he told me he was too busy and I had to order online. Again, I tried explaining that it wasn’t letting me order online, then he said “I’m too busy to take your order over the phone. Order online “ and hung up on me! Will never try ordering from them again and I hope others don’t either!!!

Domino's has always been and still is the worst Pizza in our entire area. People want to taste something like tomato sauce, instead of just salt ! Your staff was fine. It's not their fault you have the worst ingredients in the worst approach to making pizza. We are known for good pizza in this town and we don't need National garbage trying to set up Roots When we have local pizza shops to make Domino's look like they've never heard of pizza before. Please people don't waste your money at Domino's. Just stay local and support the people that know Pizza and food in general. Domino's doesn't have a clue of either !!!!!

Guy calls once with an out of state number, doesn’t leave a message. Sorry, I don’t answer out of state numbers at 11:30 at night. I said in the delivery notes to come down the driveway. Then he takes the food all the way back to the shop and then comes back. He then tells me this stupid new“rule” that new customers need to follow. It’s exactly what someone at almost midnight does not want to hear in the middle of the street while it’s raining. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. The pizza was pretty good though.

Second time trying Domino's again and I couldn't have been more disappointed yet again. Over cooked, tasteless cardboard pizza. $2 frozen pizza is better than this sad excuse. Threw it in the trash where it belongs. Don't waste your time on the lava cakes either. Nothing good to say other than don't waste your money on their products.
Literally just got off the phone order was delivered within 10min of me calling. I called because the order came missing one order of pasta. the person on the phone said its a just a he said she said because the driver said they gave my son everything thing. instead of trying to assist me. I said I'll send a picture 4 boxes. She even talked to me real condescending. VERY poor customer service. I payed for 2 pastas one specifically for an allergy no onions no meat or tomatoes ?
