I absolutely hated this dominos! The people there didn’t speak or understand much English, that is never the problem but it becomes one when the customer gets charged double the price. They also told me it’s my fault to not clarify before checking out when I called and place the order under 2 for 15 deal. I also asked if they could not use the same pizza cutter because of religious reasons and they still used the meat pizza. When I found out I was chargered wrong they refused to give me the refund at first because it messes with their drawers and they are liable. The manager also yelled at the brand new employee like it was his fault.

You don't even know what you offer. You have foreigners answering your phone that can barely speak English. The commercials are everywhere and everyone I talk to contradicted everything in your commercials. I will never order from you again and I will spread the word as much as I can

They seemed confused about the menu. I called in my order because I was driving and couldn't access their app. Ordered 2 large garlic parm stuffed crust pizzas with pepperoni. Was told oh we don't have that. Sini asked you don't have the stuffed crust you advertise? And was told we ha e that but only medium pizza. Fine I will take 2 medium then. Gave me my total for 2 medium garlic parm stuffed crust with pepperoni and my cost was $44!!! I said nope, sorry cancel my order I am not paying $44 for 2 medium. The guy asked me to hold on a second, I heard some mumbling then he got back on the phone and said oh we have a deal so your total is $23 and some change. Pizza wasn't all that great either

I don’t recommend ordering more than one item at this Domino’s on Delaware Street. The pizza and the loaded tots were fine. However, the new Mac & Cheese and the Italian sandwich were UNACCEPTABLE! Instead of making me the spicy version of Mac & Cheese, they made the regular version, which wasn’t much and the tin pan was burned. The Mac & Cheese itself was hard to eat due to it sticking (glued) to the tin pan. The Italian sandwich pictured was basically slapped together and overcooked. Check your food and if they give you a hard time, ask to see the manager. Lesson learned!
This isn't against domino's itself but your employees, I had 4 of your workers in uniform in my establishment, they came in and urinated on my walls and floor. Can't imagine what your restaurant looks like.

Workers were totally ignorant!! Was having a hard time placing an order online, called the store and a lady was trying to help me until the system was updating, and wouldn’t let her place the order. She transferred me to a guy also at the store so he could try on his computer and he kept asking me for my order number. I tried explaining that I didn’t have an order number because it couldn’t be placed due to the system updating, and he told me he was too busy and I had to order online. Again, I tried explaining that it wasn’t letting me order online, then he said “I’m too busy to take your order over the phone. Order online “ and hung up on me! Will never try ordering from them again and I hope others don’t either!!!

Domino's has always been and still is the worst Pizza in our entire area. People want to taste something like tomato sauce, instead of just salt ! Your staff was fine. It's not their fault you have the worst ingredients in the worst approach to making pizza. We are known for good pizza in this town and we don't need National garbage trying to set up Roots When we have local pizza shops to make Domino's look like they've never heard of pizza before. Please people don't waste your money at Domino's. Just stay local and support the people that know Pizza and food in general. Domino's doesn't have a clue of either !!!!!
