I was in Buffalo for weekend for a Graduation. Buffalo has a lot of new eateries and I miss the old flavor food that Buffalo is known for. Surge was friendly, cozy and the food was tasty and reasonable priced. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meal.

I've been here several times and usually it hasn't been much of an issue. Today I went in and waited around 7 to 10 minutes to be seated. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but they were plenty of seats available and no one even acknowledged me or asked me if I was looking for a table or anything while I was waiting. My date came in and tweeted me while I was still standing and waiting for our table, we began to Converse in about 20 seconds in. One of the servers...

Had a lovely lunch at Surge today, the BLT plate was huge, and absolutely delicious! And my server my Kayleigh was awesome, having a room full of tables didn’t stop her from being super friendly and attentive!
