We had a party of 6, got there at 10:30 am didn’t leave until 12:25pm my Type 1 Diabetic Daughter had to eat a granola bar at the table because we had waited so long for our food.
When she tried to tell the waitress she needed food immediately, her response was we are busy
thank you and walked away.
Restaurant was packed and it was obvious they couldn’t get the orders out , yet they kept seating big parties.
Food was brought out a mess and food was missing.
After explaining to the waitress we didn’t get all of food and what was missing to take off the check, everything was still put on the check.
Had to go up front to get our own boxes and the check.
When pointed out check was wrong waitress
Aggressively grabbed the check to fix it.
Our Bill was $200 .
I understand busy but that should be expressed when being seated.
When a customer tells you they have Diabetes and need food that should get an immediate response.
My eggs with none of my other food.
I had to eat while everyone else was waiting for their food since I didn’t want to have to eat cold eggs.
If you want rude customer service and don’t have anything else planned for the day than maybe.

The server blatantly ignored me and had me standing at the counter to take my order for almost 10 minutes. She knew I was ordering to go so I wasn't waiting for a table. She made eye contact with me several times during this wait. After taking my order I asked her if she needed my name and she said no. When I returned for my order a waitress asked for my name. I told her the server said I didn't need it. Thank God I had my receipt. I will not be returning. Ever.

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner at Eggsperience. Every single detail, from the food, the beautiful atmosphere and the entire experience was 1,000% perfect! Dominique worked with us to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to host another party at Eggsperience.

Visiting from Florida stopped here for breakfast. Food was delicious, plenty of options, Dominique was the sweetest and service was great! Would definitely visit again when back in Buffalo!

Looking for a place to get a breakfast sandwich close to noon. Stopped in, and the lady at the desk was very helpful. Service and atmosphere was great and food was as well

This used to be my favorite breakfast spot in Buffalo. But it has progressively gotten worse, to the point my group of 6 received inedible food today. Ordered Hash Benedict. Their hash is now microwaved from a can when it wasn’t previously and it sat under the warming lamp for so long that the poached egg was hard boiled and the hollandaise was hard and pasty. The potatoes in the hashbrowns were undercooked and hard. The other hollandaise dish was the same while three of the other dishes had cold bacon and sausage and their idea of putting cheese on eggs and potatoes is opening a piece of cheese out of Kraft singles packet, melting it on top and charging you $3 for it.

If you do go here, don’t go into their room in the back for larger parties. You get forgotten about, will never get a refill on your drinks or see a server or worker unless they’re delivering you food or taking your order.

When I mentioned to the waitress that my food was terrible she offered to take one of my diet cokes off the bill. Haha. That’s the solution to inedible food, take a Diet Coke off the bill? She did take the whole item off eventually but put an automatic 15% tip on our bill for a party of 6. I’ve never seen that here or at any restaurant for that matter.

Our waitress was super friendly and the staff were very polite. I’m guessing they just aren’t getting the kitchen support or they forget about the groups in the back room and need to figure that out.

A very cute and pleasant place. On a Sunday morning the service was a little slow. We had to wait a considerable amount of time to get our food. However the experience was pleasant and the food was good. A nice brunch spot. Just don't be in a rush.
