I haven’t tried any of their actual food yet, my coworker stopped in to pick up dinner and the food he ordered looked and smelled fantastic and he did say he really enjoyed it. I just got dessert cause I had food back at my hotel room. I got a slice of cheesecake expecting it to probably just be something frozen. This was some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. They had a few different topping choices. I picked the passionfruit and it was delicious actually had fresh chunks of fruit in it.

10/10 would always recommend El Punto. If you want AUTHENTIC flavorful Puerto Rican food with incredible portions and amazing customer service, don’t think twice and go here. My family has never had a bad experience and we always come back for me. From their pastelillos, to their dinners and exclusive drinks. They do not disappoint. Always my comfort food spot for delicious eats, a full belly with leftovers and easy on the wallet. ❤️🇵🇷

First time here. Everything was so full of flavor! The pernil (pulled pork) was full of flavor as well as the fried plantains and Spanish rice. So so good. The young lady provided excellent service and was very friendly & welcoming. Cannot wait to experience more from the menu.

I recommend if certain people are working I avoid others because it always seems like the prices vary based on who rings us out. idk why I pay twice as much for the same things.... the food is great most of the people are great but I've definitely been not going as much as I used to because of this. you guys are gonna lose business if you don't get it in check....

I have literally had this places food twice writing this review and all I can say is PHENOMENAL!!!! CHICKEN LITERALLY MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH !!!! I sat in the parking lot to eat my lunch and almost went in to hug everyone working it’s that good ! VERY AFFORDABLE GOOD PORTIONS FRESH FOOD !!!!

I Google their restaurant to see when they are open and closed. Per Google and THE BRIGHT GREEN SIGN ON THEIR WINDOW they are SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN TODAY 2/25/2025 from 11AM- 8:00PM . I pull up 6:30ish in front of the restaurant and see that curtains are closed but light's on and the SIGN on window says they are open. Go to door it's locked so I called. Only for a place of business to answer the phone HELLO like they are at home and annoyed they had to pick up. I go to ask if they are open and THEY HUNG UP WHILE LOOKING AT ME OUT THE WINDOW. So my daughter calls immediately from her phone and they answer the phone again HELLO she asks if they are open and she says NO.Then proceeds to say they are OPEN tommorow which would be Wednesday which is NOT what their sign or what they posted on Google. I think it's extremely unprofessional to answer the phone that way and to be physically at THE PLACE of business hanging up on customers and not being open when you are ADVERTISING THAT YOU ARE OPEN. I don't live close wasted my gas and my time . Never again! They are advertising that they are OPEN ON THEIR OWN BUILDING! It would have been nice had they just been honest and said they had to close early etc.

I love they food but today Tuesday at 6:30pm I drive there to get some food there signs and online it says they close at 8 I called them while sitting in the parking lot looking at the place with the lights on but the door locked…. Called they answered and said they were closed…. First time I called they hung up on my mother very rude and disorganized. Wasted my gas and time for absolutely no reason.
