Absolutely a must try , the lemonade is very sweet just a heads up but the overall good to price ratio amazing . Cooked wonderfully, the star of the show was the pastelitos the chicken and beef was well seasoned, flavorful , authentic and everything was wrapped with care. I shall return here , come check this spot out . I think for some it could be a tad salty but the sweet plantains and drink balances it all out . Dem beans I forgot to take a picture of were also made lovely . Well seasoned as well . If you got this far into the review what are you waiting for , order up.
Never have heard of this place, until today. Was craving Puerto Rican, but the other place I generally frequent is closed on Mondays. Quick google search and EL Punto Boricua popped up (and was rated higher than my normal place). What a refreshing find. The people were very patient, and very kind. The Parcha Slushee is INSANEEEE. So refreshing. Chicken was so flavorful and literally fell off the bone. I picked up the drumstick and the thigh fell right off. Rice was delicious and well seasoned. The beans were ok, nothing special, but the rest of the meal well than made up for the beans. Their Pastelillos were also very very tasty. This is my new spot from now on. much closer and way more friendly. I just wished their parking wasn't abysmal.

Accessible, fun, friendly, delicious, multilingual, familial, affordable, festive! Sooo lucky to have a Boricua business in Kenmore! It's great to finally be getting some diversity in our village, and the most delicious food I've had in ages!

Purchase 2 dinners, one pernil and one chicken, both meats were salty. The beans are a decent flavor but the portion only wets your appetite. Plantains are over cooked and greasy. For $42 dollars I expect better quality of food. I've eaten all over buffalo and no one seems to get it right. Will not be returning.

Great place to order, identical Puerto Rican food. Ordered "arroz con gandules" y "pernil" and "pollo guisado", all was super delicious.The guy who takes orders (that day) was so kind and spoke to you like you were in PR with our slang.
