If you’re ever in Kenmore, NY, King Condrell’s Candy and Ice Cream is an absolute must-stop! Their handmade ice cream and chocolate candy are next-level delicious. You can taste the love and craftsmanship in every bite.

I had the Peanut Butter Fudge and wow—smooth, rich, and packed with flavor. I also took home some Oreo cookies dipped in chocolate, and they were dangerously addictive. Every treat was fresh, indulgent, and beautifully made right in-house.

To top it off, the service was amazing—super friendly, fast, and welcoming. It really adds to the warm, nostalgic vibe of the place. Whether you’re looking for a quick scoop, a box of chocolates, or a sweet gift, King Condrell’s delivers.

I ordered a two scoop sundae with two different flavored ice creams and sauces. I don't have an issue with the ice cream or sauces. But the way it was served is very odd. Never in my many years of life and eating sundaes have they ever been served in a cup. How strange. Plus the image on Condrell's website shows it in a flat to go see through container.

We chose chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream and loaded it with Reese’s, KitKat, hot fudge, and whipped cream—and it was every bit as indulgent and amazing as it sounds. What makes it even better? Everything is made from scratch—you can taste the difference. And to top it all off, the incredibly kind owner gave my daughter a free lollipop, which absolutely made her day. The staff was friendly, the treats were over-the-top in the best way, and we’re already planning our next visit. Rude employee. Went to pick up a door dash and pulled up at 6:41pm the app said the order would be ready at 6:44 so I went in at 6:44 and the girl behind the counter told me that she saw me waiting in my car and they will get in trouble if I pull up and don’t come in immediately… I tried to explain to her that when we hit arrive the app tells us when the food will be ready. She ignored me and walked away. I was gonna bring my son and his friends there and was going to tell her that until she said that. Her and her boss clearly do not understand how the app works and that it tells us when the order is ready. She could have responded after I showed her the app and explained. No one wants to deal with attitude when working or going out. I won’t ever go there now and if anyone brings up their name I will tell them my experience

Completely melted! They put a to-go order in a cardboard box that melted through by the time DoorDash gave it to me 15 mins later. Workers are rude and careless

I have been going to Condrells since I was a child and have always known they were a special place but I didn’t truly realize how amazing Condrells is until I moved out of state several years ago. It has been impossible to find a good sundae (adequate sauce/toppings to ice cream ratio), albeit a place that makes their own ice cream/toppings in house. Condrells is truly one of a kind and any ice cream/candy lovers dream! I always come here for a sundae when I visit home. I stopped in today and our server, Kadie, was amazing. Friendly, efficient and made the perfect sundae! Thank you, Condrells - Keep up the amazing work!!!!

Standing around for 10 minutes just to be ignored. Finally someone announces that if your dining in to have a seat. Someone could of said something to us instead of ignoring us the entire time. Wont be back, went to Andersons and got real service.
