I always enjoy visiting this place - the ice cream is consistently delicious and full of flavor. Their ice creams and chocolates are absolutely fabulous. With such a wide selection of ice creams and 'premade' sundaes to choose from, the possibilities for creating your own treat are endless! It's always a delightful experience.

Very odd place you walk in the door half of its a candy shop and the other half is a restaurant you have to order to go at the counter or sit down grab a menu in order from your table as a waitress will walk up if you only want simple scooped cone of ice cream you have to wait like everyone else instead of just getting going to the counter and ordering and then sitting down they do not allow you to sit down and eat inside the establishment if you get to go I believe this is more of a tip baiting process...The ice cream is okay I had cookie dough my girlfriend had met but I don't think my cookie dough was cookie dough...

Ice cream and staff good blah blah blah. Now let’s talk about the decorum: there are enough light fixtures to make the Rockefeller tree jealous. Their use of shelves is pathetic at best. Despite the janitorial staff keeping the place clean, the wall decorum made me writhe in disgust. I’ll be on a spiritual retreat for the next couple months, but when I’m back, I hope to see you make some aesthetic alterations. Not trying to be petty, just trying to inspire some well-needed adjustments as a life-long Kenmore resident

So 2022 I thought the Valentine Day Lip Candy was just packaged because I missed the bulk candy but in 2024 no this is now how you all decide to sell I feel robbed betrayed and a staple has now been effected by inflation please consider to put back as loose/bulk candy for 2025 because 3.49 for 15 lips WOW

Condrells has a cute set up. The ice cream was okay. The girl who waited on us was sweet and patient. There was an issue with a customer sitting down to eat and the manager was very aggressive with the people. I get that they only do take out after 9, but an explanation in a calm matter would have made me feel more comfortable and would be more professional than yelling across the room. Honestly it was embarrassing that we brought our kids and their friends there and that occurred. I will think twice about going back with our children.

Came into your establishment tonight with a group of children to enjoy ice cream. We were approached, buy a female worker who had no bra on nipples showing that you could clearly see are pierced. And when she leaned over to wipe the tables, You could see that they were sitting on the table. My children asked to speak to somebody and they sent her over. So we asked her when the owner was in and she told us try during the day.. The same workers told the children they are disrespectful for bringing it up. Shouldn't be looking and if they don't like it don't return. The children were told her body her choice and that she doesn't have to Where a bra if she does not want to. This is a family establishment and children should not have to be subjected to such. We will not be bringing any business there anymore and will make sure to spread the word publicly about the incident and the way my children were treated by staff.. The staff also continued to talk about us as we were leaving . I did tell them I would report it. And they said go ahead this is disturbing to say the least. The health department, The news stations, All forms a social media, In the word will be spread about how the children word treated and told not to come back. When they clearly stated, they felt uncomfortable from this woman showing her body parts off in a family Establishment. This is very disturbing and sad considering this is a staple of our hometown, What a way to represent a locally owned company ,sad very sad

The best!!! I stopped going to Watson's after spending more than $200 on stale sponge candy! Condrell's is across the street and a thousand times better! LOVE this store! Fresh, hand dipped chocolate - never disappointing. Make Condrell's your candy store! Watson's is overrated!

After trying different businesses that provide sugar free products, we almost gave up the search. What was available was disappointing. When trying again I came across King Condrell's. With low expectations we drove there. Entering the store is like stepping back in time. A huge display case ran the entire length of the store. The selections were mind boggling but was the selection of sugar free as impressive? To my amazement it was! There were numerous selections in both milk and dark chocolate. While our selections were being boxed I looked over the impressive item list that ran across the entire back wall. This is just like an old fashioned ice cream parlor. Obviously taste is the deciding factor and our selections didn't disappoint. Finally sugar free items the don't taste sugar free. People here are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Parking is curb side and metered but we were able to find a spot just 1 door down. We will be going back soon. You should try out their all homemade products.

Ice-cream tasted freezer burned, toppings were very skimpy for the price, and whipped cream had zero flavor at all. We used to frequent this place a lot!! We hyped it up so much to our daughter, who has never been there, and we were shocked at how disappointing it was. Customer service however was great.
