Amazing customer service! I had a issue with my order, I called and immediately was able to speak to someone who not only refunded the incorrect charge, but made sure my order was okay, and let me know it would arrive most likely by the end of the day! Not to mention FREE local delivery! Old school customer service, and great coffee.

My cousin and I try a new coffee shop every week and we stumbled upon Kornerstone so we decided to try it for coffee and lite breakfast snack. I had the new guinea/french vanilla coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and my cousin had an americana coffee and the frittata which she said was delicious had egg, spinich, basil and tomatoes with 2 color peppers it looked very yummy. Our server was Danielle D and she was super sweet, she even realized after she made my cousins coffee that she did not make decaf and she came over stated her mistake took the coffee and made a new one which was very kind and honest of her, what a great employee. The place inside is very clean, welcoming and well maintaned lots of seating and wi-fi capable we totally enjoyed our time here. They have daily coffee specils as well as the soup of the day, this place is in a commercial building so I'm sure plenty of employees use it so they don't have to leave the building during the day......would be great for them in the winter months !!! Highly recommend, also street parking near by

I found Kornerstone coffee over a decade ago at the Tonawanda Farmer's market on a crisp autumn day. Left the house without my coffee (bad idea) so I grabbed a cup from their stand. Fragrant, robust, warm, and tasty. I was hooked. Went back and bought a bag. Went to the Farmer's market for years after just to get my coffee, which they would make to order and not an easy order - half dark, half medium, fine grind. But they always did it for me and the coffee was always fresh and delicious. Then they started delivery (way before pandemic) and I could get it delivered right to my door. And Laura, who answers the phone on the first or second ring, is the most pleasant, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable person on the planet. I'm sometimes thinking I want to call up just to hear her sunny disposition to brighten my day. I love this company - great product and superior service.

I'm new to the Kenmore area and have recently started investing in my coffee setup, so I was looking for some high quality beans. Very happy to have found Kornerstone coffee. They have a good rotation of freshly roasted coffee at reasonable prices. They recommended a certain variety over the phone based on my preferences and I was pleasantly surprised to find a sample included in my order. The roast level and tasting notes listed on the website are accurate. Already looking forward to my next order!
Excellent coffee and service. We’ve had Kornerstone Coffee multiple times at farmers markets and recently bought some ground coffee to take home. They will grind it based on your brew method, and also offer whole bean. There are plenty of flavored coffees as well. Recently, I learned that you can visit their website and set up a local delivery and even a subscription service, if you’d like. We ordered some coffee and it was delivered to our doorstep the night before it was promised. I wouldn’t venture to say that they will always be early, but I’d be willing to bet they are very punctual. They’ve definitely earned another loyal customer. Thanks for the excellent coffee and service, Kornerstone Coffee.

I discovered them at the Williamsville Farmers Market. They have an excellent selection and their dark roast is exceptional. Well balanced and full of flavor.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend stopping in and giving them a shot if you haven't tried them yet.

I love a healthy option and Kornerstone was just that. I am not from the Buffalo area - in fact, I'm from the Midwest, so I found Kornerstone on a Google search for coffee near me. We stopped in around 9:00am on a Friday, and it was not busy at all. My husband and I ordered our usual 1 iced and 1 hot vanilla latte. I added sugar free vanilla and almond milk to my iced latte. I can appreciate a cafe with sugar free options and milk alternatives. My iced latte tasted very good, however, for whatever reason, my husbands hot latte tasted watery. We literally ordered the same drink and his tasted terrible. And one other note on the iced latte - they gave me one of those paper straws, and it did not hild up well for very long. In addition to our coffee, we order the PB&J Acai Bowl to share. And it certainly is a sharable serving size. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for the preparation of the acai bowl which I can also appreciate. But if you are on a time crunch, I would encourage ordering something that's ready to go. I think most of their menu items are prepared fresh. Hot top: I found out that the offer online ordering too if you prefer to grab & go. The menu offers not only generically healthy options, but also options for vegetarians and vegans alike. Such a good thing in today's day and age. If I lived in the area, I would probably frequent Kornerstone. I would love to have been able to explore their other menu items: fresh pressed juices, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, other breakfast items. The dine in option is open, the dining area is clean and well-kept. The cafe is decorated with some vintage, old brick masonry vibe. In reading other reviews, I can deduce that this cafe is local, and I always like to support local when traveling!

I just received a FREE home delivery from Kornerstone - the rain didn't stop them. The Creme Brulee, Jamaican' Me Crazy and Snickerdoodle smell amazing!! Can't wait to cool down with a freshly ground iced coffee.
