DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE I ORDERED DINNER FOR MY FAMILY ON VALENTINES DAY TO GET HOME AFTER PICKING THE FOOD UP AND ALL THE DISHES WERE COMPLETELY DISCUSTING THE RICE WAS SOGGY THE FOOD WAS SOGGY THEN I CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD REINBURSE ME.I WENT BACK IN TODAY AND THE WOMAN WAS RUDE ARGUING WITH ME TELLING ME I SHOULLD OF BROUGHT THE FOOD BACK SHE NEVER SAID THAT ON THE PHONE WHEN WE ORIGINALLY CALLED HER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE IT. THEIR FOOD HAS GONE DOWN HILL ALONG WITH THE BUILDING , THE WHOLE PLAZA LOOKS HORRIBLE RUN DOWN . IVE ORDERED HERE FOR YEARS NOT NO MORE !

Waited 2 hours and my food still wasn't done. Had to cancel as I was starving and had to get something else to eat. When I called the first time, a woman told me it was done and hung up on me. When i just called 30 minutes later, was told they were busy and my food wasn't done and they rushed me off the phone. As soon as I cancelled the order, the restaurant called me back twice in a row. Never ordering from there again.

Their food and service have been going down hill for some time but tonight was the cap. I ordered food online and arrived at the time it was to be ready only to find 30 other people waiting ahead of me. Stood in line for half an hour and they had only served 2 customers ahead of me. I, like several others left when we realized that other people had been waiting for an hour and still hadn't been able to pick up their order.

I placed an order on Uber eats with them on Christmas Day. It was an active restaurant, it did not say that they were not accepting orders so I put an order through. It allowed me to put an order through. My driver waited there for over an hour And then when he was wondering what was going on they told him they weren’t doing Uber orders anymore, but refused to honor the order that was already put in by me. I ended up having to cancel my order, and my husband called them to ask them why they didn’t at least honor the order that I placed and he was going to go offer to pick it up himself. The man told my husband that he was wasting his time! But again this was an Uber eats order and they had it open on Uber! He was extremely nasty to my husband, and I will never order here again! I completely understand that they were busy and overwhelmed, but that is terrible business and you honor at least the orders that have come through already! Unbelievable

Have lived in Kenmore for almost 20 years. Ling Ling used to be a solid place for Chinese food. The last few times we have ordered were a huge disappointment. Tonight we ordered at 5:30 for a 6:00 pickup. The food was not ready by 6:30. I was in line with about 20 other unhappy customers. We left without food. That’s the last straw.

Small place, delicious food. Minimal waiting if it's not too busy. Usually hot and ready. They offer a free egg roll if you pay cash, and their egg rolls are fantastic. Love their sweet and sour sauce. It doesn't congeal like others I've had. No fortune cookies is my only complaint.

So very very very disappointed. Used to love it here. It was a Kenmore staple for us! The last year or so the food had been disgusting, the restaurant is dirty, and I heard recently it’s because ownership changed. What a darn shame. This place was awesome! No more. Don’t waste your money. So sad to see what was such a great restaurant end up like this.

We've been going here for decades never a complaint. Last two times it was awful! So I asked people if there were now owners, sure enough, yes. My food was BAD! Egg Rolls were soggy and tasted fishy, boneless spare ribs were crunchy from so much sugar and undercooked, the teriyaki beef sticks tasted funky and the sauce to their Sesame chicken tasted like chemical soup.

I thought the last time was a fluke, but clearly another good restaurant gone. PS. You place looks like a bomb went off in it!
