My food did not look nothing like the picture at all didn’t even have any of the ingredients shown. I was so happy to order from here about hear so many good things. Unfortunately I paid a lot to get nothing on my subs … didn’t even think about eating my wings I was so upset.

Tried out Macy’s Place in Kenmore after only having positive experiences with the Cheektowaga location and left pretty disappointed. The personal pan pizza tasted good, but that’s about the only thing they got right. It looked messy, wasn’t sliced properly, and felt like no care was put into how it was served. Customer service was pretty bad. She told us it would be a 45-minute wait, but it was ready in about 10–15 minutes and no one even let us know. It just sat there while we waited. Also, if you get a pre made single slice, don’t expect it to be warm they don’t reheat them, just hand it to you room temp without saying a word. I only went to this location because it’s next to Fattey’s where I was hanging out, but I’ll stick to the Cheektowaga spot from now on. This one didn’t live up to the hype at all.

We ordered a pizza they do not listen to special requests on Uber eats we asked for no chipotle sauce we asked for BBQ instead they still put chipotle sauce we are not happy with this place. Apparently employees do not read specifics.

This is the 2nd week in a row where we have ordered online and our order is a half hour late. There are 5 people 'working' but it truly only seems like the young lady working the register is the only person trying to get her job done.... everyone else is talking, leaning on the counter, or sitting out back getting high. Ive worked in food service and I understand that shifts get busy. Because Ive worked in food service I know what it feels like to work with people not pulling their weight. Also the kitchen is relatively 'open' I can literally see that folks are goofing off. Its not a good 'look' nor is it good for business. Hoping yall can have a staff meeting to talk about actually working. Definitely not going to be ordering here for quite some time.

I don't even think I've ever had a slice from here that was actually fresh, much less not visibly old. I've been giving this Macy's plenty of chances over the past few years, and the whole pies are... okay, I guess, but EVERY time I walk in, the slices look like they've been sitting in those god-awful heated displays for 8 hours, and that is NOT worth the price they're asking. If you're gonna have slices sit out like that, keep them at room temperature and heat em in the oven to order; I literally walked in and walked out today in favor of McDonald's because the cheese and pep slices on the rack looked criminally inedible

I ordered a pizza on Tuesday for the large Cheese and pepperoni for $19.99. I also ordered 1/2 onions other 1/2 olives. I paid $1 for each of these items. I was charged 24.49 for the pizza plus $2 for the extras. Total was $28.81 When I called to question it I was told that’s the way it rang up! Never going back!

I just ordered chicken wings barbecue on the pit they but the whole bottle of barbecue after they but them on the pit probably 2 bottles of barbecue unbelievable smh I couldn't even see the chicken wings that's how much it was so mad 😡

Place is going down hill and FAST. You cannot order delivery from any services or your order will be wrong or incomplete. They constantly rip you off by not giving you what you paid for. All you have to do is read a receipt and put together whatever is on the receipt. Simple, yet they make it seem very difficult for some reason?

Yesterday I picked up a Doordash order and they offered me free slices of pizza that were gonna go to waste if they weren't eaten and they gave me two slices of pepperoni pizza which were delicious and the workers were very nice!
