Ordered a large pizza online at 3pm for pickup at 7pm. Arrived at 7:05 was told it still needs 8-10 minutes. The whole point of ordering online hours in advance was to give them ample time to prepare it so it would be ready when I asked because I had a tight schedule. Mind you this was a Tuesday, not on wing Wednesday or a busy Friday, but a Tuesday. This is not the first time either. Food is good but never ready on time and always takes forever. If you can’t wait don’t bother ordering from here. I’ll just order from Bocce from now on like a used to.

Bubba kush pizza is outstanding, the standard cheese and pepperoni is top notch. On wing night, our wings were slow to come out and sub par when wet ate them. Not crispy, over done and not saucy. When we got them on another night they were very good. I chalk it up to being busy on wing night. Macy's place is definitely worth the visit and is one of the better places for pizza in the Kenmore area.

Ordered a stinger. Sat in the restaurant waiting for 45 min. No one noticed, I asked if my food was ready. They took a while to find it, how you lose made food, idk. Then I got it and it was like soup. The only place to get a stinger with diced chicken fingers. Couldn’t eat it, needed a spoon! I gave it back, they did give me my money back though.

The worst customer service ever. Your order is never ready on time they consistently have multiple people waiting for food. Pre ordered food hours in advance and still waited 20 mins after arriving a few minutes after food was ordered.

$71 meal for my wife n i today. My pizza served in 30 mins. Tasted great. My wife's wrap didnt get served until more than a half hr after that. After asking twice and then highlighting its been over an hr...the lady said dismissively "sorry" and immediately went back to work. Customer service rating value = horrible. We wrapped up n my wife left w/o eating. I gave the staff one more attempt to display any sincere regret to the horrible service and response to our criticism....an even quicker and more dismissive "sorry". Upon leaving in our car my wife opened the food container to find a sloppy cold wrap and cold hard dry fries.

Didn't get the right pizza and when i baked about it the said sorry contact the delivery company!! $28 for a small pizza to be wrong and told to contact the delivery company, because they were the ones that made the food, sorry
