Mike's Subs - Kenmore's Original

Completely messed up our order. We live all the way in Newfane. They don’t know how to make a tuna melt or fill an onion ring order. I do not recommend unless you want the wrong food.

The experience was what i remembered growing up.

Parking: It's great the Mike's is still in business, i always visit Mike's while iam in Buffalo.

Ordered roast beef sub. Was done perfect. Fresh and loaded with meat and veggies. Delicious. Didn't have cheese cake I ordered but replacement chocolate cake was to die for.

The manager was so helpful in helping me decide a few things for a family get together with her suggestions. It went smoothly on the pickup and everything was delicious! The wings and Antipasto salad were yummy.

I ordered a hot roast beef sub. It was cold. I called and wanted to let them know and the manager was very nice and apologized and gave me a credit. I thought he went above and beyond!! I will order from there again.

I haven't tried every different sub here, but everyone that I have eaten has been very good.

Parking: Parking in the rear lot is plentiful. Some street parking is available.. metered in front of restaurant

the girl with the weird hair told us and our studio were loud every time we come but what are u suppose to do when at a public area just trying to get food we pay the bills basically for the amount of times we come here. It always stinks here to.

The steak hoagie was very bland. The best thing about it was the mayo. Also I saw every single employee look at a customers food that was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes before they called the name. So when the younger teenage boys get there food it was cold. Maybe the workers have to use their big boy voices to say the customers names instead they whispered it then let it sit there for 20 min

Wonderful place to get a homemade sub in Kenmore. I always seem to notice something new on the wall, where they share historical photos of the Village! Subs are pricey, but worth it!

I had a very good cheeseburger sub. The problem is that I ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub. Yes, they forgot the bacon.

I’ve been going to Mike’s my entire life, I’m 51. The past few years, they literally cannot get ANYTHING I order correct. Today, we paid $28 ($25 with coupon) for a double fingers which only comes with 2 blue cheese. Except it came with 1 today. Last time we ordered, both subs were wrong. Just done. There has to come a time when nostalgia no longer holds up.
