Don't understand why this place doesn't have long lines like Andersen's. The ice cream is at least as good. Maybe better. So that was my review. The only flavor I've ever gotten has been buttercrunch. A few days ago I got some and it was totally different and really lousy. Bad enough so I would go back to Andersen's. I hope they go back to what that had. It tasted like really cheap iced cream

Took my granddaughters yo nicks on Friday night we all got same 9.00 peanut butter sundae, well they were all different in size and very very small golf ball size scoops. For 40.00 for ice-cream 👎we won't be back!

beware when ordering a waffle cones they reuse them got a black raspberry icecream which is purple and the cone was leaking out a brown liquid and the cone was all soggy not even after 5 minutes of me having it. and poor customer service i showed the girl she wouldn’t even give me a refund told me to come back. disgusting edit: i came back the same day it was a girl with black straight hair i told her what happened and said i wanted a refund she told me to come back because there was no manager. i HAD to come back the next day and that same girl that said she couldn’t help me seen me come back and ran to the corner to talk about me and while i was talking to the other girl she called that original girl with straight black hair and she gave me a refund. so you need to have a conversation with your staff because making me come back 2 times for an issue you guys did is horrible buisness. and i wish i can add pictures because the whole bottom of the cone was filled with melted chocolate icecream and the whole cone was soggy it wasn’t that the icecream fell into the cone the icecream SAT in the cone.

The young man I dealt with at the Elmwood location was horrible ignorant rude. I asked him why my son‘s ice cream melted right off the cone. Was there something wrong with the machine? His response was extremely nasty. All he said was I don’t know it’s not my problem.

They give you a large amount of soft serve but not hard ice cream. Very stingy with the hard ice cream. I order a large and the scoops never reach over the top of the dish. Sad
I usually don’t like to give reviews that are not positive. However, I used to come here when it was Reeds Hot Dogs so wanted to try it under new ownership. Bad mistake, staff taking order didn’t listen, food wasn’t cooked, we ended up throwing away the fry’s all together. They ask what you want on your food but don’t have any veggies like tomatoes or lettuce. Won’t ever go back.

Hey so this is actually about your Canalside stand. I've seen plenty businesses come and go from that spot and I wanna warn you before your the next one to lose it. The staff you got there ain't it. She "wasn't strong enough" too scoop the ice cream so she game my father this weird little half scoop. It was odd and embarassing. Please hire better people or assign a manager at that stand. Also, maybe hire a technician cause the soft-served machine wasn't working. Your not a McDonalds, people go to you expecting softserve as the main thing, you can't just let that be broken. I don't know if your not taking the Canalside stand seriously, but the ice cream was also really icey. Work on this!

Staff was unaware of their menu options. Ice cream flavor was posted on sign, and when asked about it, they said they had never carried that flavor and didn't believe it was posted on the sign. They became very hostile.

I placed an order for a cheeseburger, and straight fries. We asked if they do cheese sauce for dipping , we were told yes...so my friend and I both ordered a side of cheese for our fries...we waited for a while, noticing it was getting a little busier..I got up from the picnic table (with a cast on my broken foot) walked over and saw two bags there and our orders were there. I looked in the bag and saw a hamburger with a slice of cheeses on cellophane and no crock of cheese. My friend had a slice of cheese on her hot dog. I asked them to remake it, and they walked off and dismissed me, so I stood back in line and said to the girl who took my order asking her why would you tell us that cheese dipping sauce was available if you do not carry it? She told me she was confused...I told her we can do it one of two ways either you can remake it or you can refund my money..what would you like to do? She offered to have my food remade...we waited again, while I was waiting I figured I'll eat my fries ...wrong!! They were cold and not cooked...I decided to leave...I'm not even going to waiste my time or energy to ask them to remake my food...
