Shout out to the manager working this am 9/22. Running SOS with her and only one other employee. They were calm and positive and were able to prioritize welll in order to keep both DT & counter lines down!

I ordered two coffees and two bagels, the coffees were made amazing, but my bagels were supposed to have extra cream cheese on them that I paid extra for, and they came with barely enough on it to consider it even a normal bagel. Pretty disappointing.

Went there last week with my husband and friend we ordered large coffee 2 cream one suger. Medium coffee 2 cream and small hot tea with splenda and she gave us medium(larag!) and small (medium)and large ice tea full of suger .she even didnt listen to us morning stuff more better. Never will go there again

Used to love going to Tim Hortons until they fired their whole staff for people that don’t even speak English. I get my order messed up every time I go there.

Wouldn't give bad reviews but, there is a time and place for everything...getting high in the parking lot at work, during Sat morning rush...seriously...now you know why the lines are so long and food can't be prepared correctly...bearded guy getting ripped in his car, one woman busting her butt, kids running around lost ...while manager gets stoned in his car..June 22 9:49am
