We had the seasonal Apple Cider Margaritas, an Island Chicken Wrap with chips (and zesty sauce) and a house Cheeseburger with mac salad.
Food was delicious, loved the Island Sauce and I was pleasantly surprised by the chips - served hot and crispy.
They were very welcoming of us on our e-bikes, as well as our two puppers who ride along - comfortable outdoor seating at picnic tables and high tops.
Service was outstanding, recommended experience! 10/10 🏝️🌴🍔🍹

Nice little joint near the lake for a quick bite in a laid back atmosphere. Staff is quick and attentive. Menu offerings are average fare but made well. Patty melt was delish. They could improve on the fish sandwich though. A bit expensive for a small triangle of frozen fish patty.

Stopped in on a whim when the restaurant down the street closed their patio overlooking the river/lake on Saturdays. So glad we did! This is a sit anywhere you can find place with table service. Cute, local vibe with plenty to choose from. Awesome prices and good portions. You dont find that often now! Everyone seemed to know everyone, nice vibe. The trio of tacos, chicken left a lot to be desired but the fish and shrimp were tasty.

Consistency Is Everything! - We have probably been there close to 10 times over the last 2 years. It is clean, cozy, and very cutely decorated. We always get a booth and feel comfortable there. They do have a couple of TVs but we have mostly noticed Sports playing, and thankfully not news, and the TVs are not too loud. It's relaxing yet fun there, and it's very close to the lake which makes it nice for a day trip destination. Each and every time we have had such polite, kind and attentive service. They come to your table immediately, and somehow the food also comes out very quickly. They are sure to check on you throughout your meal. All this being said we are most happy when we stick to and order off the regular menu - salads, sandwiches, tacos, wraps, etc. The prices are average but the serving sizes are not huge, so you might like an appetizer, or add a side, or add dessert. The homemade cheesecakes are wonderful and almost fluffy, not as heavy as most. Personally, when we have ventured away from the menu and tried some of the specials for dinners we haven't liked them quite as well as the staple items on the regular menu. Those never disappoint. My advice - try something (like the tacos) that has the incredibly delicious Island sauce.

We had a great lunch here after spending time on the water. The fish tacos were fresh and really tasty! The folks running the place are super nice. Short walk to the water. Perfect spot for a casual bit to eat.

Gilligan's was very hard to review. The food was delicious and the waitress was great. The problem is that both my wife and I had stomach problems a few hours later which is very rare. Maybe they're cooking grease is something we aren't accustomed to. That's a shame because I really wanted to like that place.
