I placed an order through Grubhub for two items: a breakfast hero and 6 sesame bagles. I am only 6 minutes away, and I've been waiting over an hour and a half. I reached out to them, and the phone just kept ringing, so I called Grubhub, and they told me they were only a few minutes away. Oh, and they had the nerve to say the "weather was bad," which is grossly false. It is cold, but there are no inclement weather conditions whatsoever outside. The order just arrived, and it's cold. This is completely unacceptable and intolerable. I tipped these people $5 (I want my money back, but I won't get it, unfortunately). However, I can warn others of this catastrophe. I will not be ordering from here again, and I suggest you don't either.

My reason for a 1 star was mainly because I ordered a flat bagel and in turn got home to find they gave me a regular bagel. At first I was like whatever but my boyfriend was like didn’t you order a flat bagel? And I was like oh man yes! So I decided to call just to let them know. When I called I spoke to a Jack and at first he said to me they apologized and come in to make it right. Few minutes later I got a call back from him and he basically told me they vividly remember giving me a flat bagel but unless they’re flat bagels look like a regular one I in fact did not receive what I ordered. I was ok up until they started telling me I was wrong they could review cameras to ensure I got the flat bagel which disappointed me because why would I lie about a bagel and an extra $2 charge for it. Was mainly the point. First time here and last time. Bagel was good no complaints on flavor but that turned me off.

Owner did the right thing & provided a refund when the order was incorrect

I always get chicken cutlet sandwiches or breakfast sandwiches and they’re always so good and fresh. In the mornings it’s super busy so make sure to have enough time. Other than that they’re pretty quick and I like to call ahead and make my order.

Huge disappointments. After hearing so much about this place from locals and seeing lines outside on weekends, I finally went one day in the morning. Man, the owner / manager must be asleep till late! 27 minutes to help 4 people with orders, while employees talk to each other and some even sing. Few people left before ordering, I barely made it. Bagels are big, and there is a lot of cream cheese but I didn’t find anything spectacular abbot the taste. I am glad I went though; this place is crossed out for me. Ust be the only bagel place in the neighborhood.
