I normally don't like posting negative reviews, but after two bad experiences, I must give this place 1 star. 1st time ordering a cake was told they couldn’t accommodate, which was understandable due to a 3 day turnaround. This time was again swiftly denied despite trying to order 6 days ahead. What even is the point of this place?

Sweet (no pun intended) little bakery in Kew Gardens. The shop is not big and the selection is not huge but what they have is very good. I took home two Guava Puffs which were very good. The Crust was sweet and grumbly and it was bursting with Guava. I also took home something I had never tried or seen elsewhere. It's called French Nut. This one was filled with Apricot. Mom and I split it and it was enough to fill us up due to its richness. It was ?. The prices are very reasonable. The lady working there was very helpful and pleasant.

The staff kept denying me placing order for croissants a couple of times.I needed half a dozen or more of them but they rarely have them in stock and everytime they say just come early in the morning but because of the nature of my work, it's impossible for me. As a former business owner I just cannot understand why a business can not produce what customers need and insists on denying them placing order for their favorite items.

I ordered a baby shower cake and they told me they couldn’t decorate it because the cake was for a day before Christmas. I was fine with that so I ordered just a plain cake. Which was $141 for 30 people cake. The price is insane for them giving me just a plain white cake not even with writing on it NOTHING just plain white. When I called to place the order the lady on the phone was rude and when she said the payment processed she immediately just ended the call. She was extremely rude and by her tone I knew she was being impatient when I was being considerate and still went with the place on buying a plain cake. Another thing the cake just came in today and the cake came in such a small box they had to put wrapping paper on it and it damaged the cake a little. Which is unbelievable I paid $141 for a plain cake just so they can’t afford to put the cake in a proper box for it to fit? Also when I went to the store the cashier was also rude. I don’t know how they have more than 4 stars. I’m never coming here again. 0 stars if possible.

My daughter's fourth birthday cake, cupcakes, and cookies were simply amazing! Diana took the order and designed everything perfectly. They far exceeded my expectations for the unicorn themed party. Everything was so beautiful that we didn't want to eat it. I'm so glad we did though because it was delicious and I'm not usually a fan of funfetti cake! The "icing on the cake" are the reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.
