I order late, I told him make it please very hot but it was a normal water, we feel like that’s a warm milk, also plain bagels with cream cheese and jelly, who made this it was really bad, I think owner or manager never teach them on how to do this, I love Dunkin coffee because of employees but they just don’t know how to make, also the auto espresso machine made late it’s really bad taste, I feel if this happen like that, Dunkin will be close.

They intentionally give wrong order if they run out of an item. (iced black tea vs green tea or Regular vs Dunkin midnight). When confronted they deny it but the taste says otherwise.

Hi, I came this morning and a guy named Mohanmed yelled at me in front of all the customers because I was changing my coupon at this store for free, there being many and that he had been working for 9 years and that nothing could happen to him. This is going to be a big problem because someone from Donkin Donuts is going to prohibit me from changing my coupon and that there is no coupon exchange if I don't buy something. I will report it to wherever I have to. It was a horrible experience to have someone scold you for using your coupon from the app when you spend a lot of money on them. This store is totally disgusting.

This is my local Dunkin store. They have some seating that's wheelchair accessible. I like the decaf iced coffee and the avocado toast. They don't have Baskin Robbins. They are very nice.

I probably would NOT recommend the new hot honey bacon sandwich…. Why is the bacon on top? Why is it burnt, black, and inedible? Why did the employees not notice this and remake it? Obviously not coming back to this location again.

The entire staff here needs a customer service crash course. Walking in the floors are a mess with a sticky substance along with garbage scattered. After standing on line for 7mins to order a Mangonada I’m told “oh no he’s cleaning”. I said excuse me, I don’t understand. Then she points to a man on the baskin Robbin’s side “cleaning”. He then says this side is closed. If it’s closed put a sign up so people don’t waste their time standing in line. The guy “cleaning” should also keep his attitude for somewhere else.
Honestly one of the worst Dunkins I've been too. People were nice enough but my has browns were stale, my donut was stale, and the drink tasted old. Also, when did Duncan get so pricey? I can go down the street & get a fresh bagel for cheaper.
