Honestly one of the worst Dunkins I've been too. People were nice enough but my has browns were stale, my donut was stale, and the drink tasted old. Also, when did Duncan get so pricey? I can go down the street & get a fresh bagel for cheaper.

One star only. And I’m here about service. Service is zero here. I waited in the line about 15 min, is only one person who work there. Super slow. Please management, if you have some new employees you need to be there too for teach and control.

Terrible service. Never enough employees. Helps online orders and leaves in store customers waiting for over 10 minutes. They need help soon or close down. After all that the women there is also rude to customers.

Tried going to 7-11 to try their iced coffee but they didn't have any so I wound up at my favorite coffee place. Did not disappoint! Ordered my favorite decaf iced coffee with cream and extra mocha. The guy working was so nice! I like a lot of mocha and wanted more and he happily fixed the drink. It was so yummy!!! Love their prices too!

Small hole In the wall, not much bakery selection, but it's Dunkin Donuts. Still a LOT of options. These guys work fast too. They had a drink in stock that the Dunkin on Queens Blvd near Union Trnpk didn't, so very happy.

Horrible service. Placed a mobile order, I get there he claimed it was ready, I of course check my bag before leaving and my munchkins were missing. I told him and he then gave me my munchkins, but there were only old fashion and 2 glazed. I told him I did not want old fashioned, then all of a sudden he wanted to verify my receipt to see if I had munchkins, gave him the receipt and asked if he could replace the munchkins for a donut instead, he refused so I asked for a refund and he claimed he couldn’t give me one. On top of that his stingy self was only willing to replace one old fashioned for the last glazed they had, and he went in my bag and removed it when obviously, I checked the bag before to see what it had in it - you don’t know if just had my hands on a bus pole then touched them and you’re gonna take it back to serve to customers? Disgusting.

Horrible schedule. How do you only have one person on during morning rush by a train station? I ordered ~10 min ahead and waited over 5 min before having to abandon my order. Very frustrating for a regular!!

Very bad coffee. I asked for cream and sugar hot coffee. I got milk. Very bad service. Bought coffee at 03/14/23 Tuesday at 1 pm.

The Boricua

This location is extremely overpriced. $5 for a medium iced coffee? I don't even pay that much in downtown Manhattan. When the city is actually cheaper than the outer boros there's a problem. The staff can also be a little friendlier.

8/20/22 8:10am @ dunkin donuts @ 8155 lefferts blvd, kew gardens 11415 - attempted to buy a cappucino and donuts. Entered facility while one female staff coordinates the register and completing meals for customer prior to my purchase. at completion female staff returns to register with clear gloves and visibly moisture in gloves - I gave her my order and requested kindly she change gloves. Female staff facial expression of discontent was visible followed with "I don't need to change.." her gloves. I requested again kindly she changes her gloves and a customer can request a healthy and clean meal - the same bag/tissue while holding her soiled gloves I request she discard once donning clean gloves. oddly - female staff continue to repeat= "this is fast food"... should I interpret it as dirty food. She goes towards the coffee machine Well she starts screaming and "this is health protocol".... and she returns to register and screams she is not servicing me and will call the cops saying i am harrasing her. Now I am not quick to suggest Black card - but in the society we are in it's with ease for anyone (even a Indian migrant) to feel comfortable making such a threat to anyone Black harrassing them - I departed the store feeling insulted and disrespected by this female Indian staff for only asking her to change her gloves and by the way I am professional medical staff with an immune d/o who need to be very cautious. Hopefully the owner of this franchise can review this summary and make the necessary professional changes needed.

This Dunkin' donut is absolutely the worst. The man that works there always a nasty attitude. The total amount of items that I bought cost $15 I swipe my gift card which had $9 on it he tells me there's no money on the card I said okay so I use my debit card and paid the $15 when I checked the balance of my gift card it showed that Dunkin' donuts at the same exact time I was there deducted the $9 from my gift card.
