I got French fries and I noticed a hole at the top . They say it’s because customers complain if they don’t do it , the fries get soggy . YOU CANT HAVE A PLASTIC FLAP HANGING OUT NEAR THE FOOD LIKE THAT . If someone chokes on it , they can sue the business for a lot of money . When they started doing the hole on top of container , did u contact an attorney and medical professional before doing this idea ? I am sure they would my have agreed due to safety risks

I have been coming here for years but after they hired this guy probably will not be coming !!! He is very rude & disrespectful. He makes faces at you if you ask for something. I asked for ranch and he got all mad! This is not how we treat our customers . He told me to go sit down and wait when he could of just handed it to me. Then he waited 15 mins to bring it to me. The food at this place is always great! Do not have a problem with the food. The service from this man is out of line !! Will not be going back.
Whenever I'm in Kew Gardens Paul Michael's is my go-to for great food. Eat in or carry out it's all so good!

Ordered a large pie since it was four of us decided to eat in and have four drinks three ice tea's and one Pepsi after said and done went to go pay. Charged me $42.50. Since my mind was elsewhere. I didn't realized it until we walked out and drove off. He had alot of tikets hanging out of the cash register either he made a mistake or he took advantage of us but then he the one that brought the pizza to our table it shouldn't of cost no more then 23 or 24 dollars. Will not be coming back here.

This, for me, reminds me of the pizza shops growing up. Go in, get a slice and a beef patty and go. They have excellent pasta dishes for the price especially since everything in the area seems to have gotten more expensive for less quality. Service is efficient. Food is good.
