This is not the usual store I visit, but I will make it my go to. The energy at this location on my last visit, Friday was truly outstanding and the young lady made my drink so GOOD!

The cashier Amariya (ever you spell it) is disgusting, foul and inhumane! She should be fired immediately. No lack of respect or compassion and extremely rude. I tried to order, greeted her with a polite smile and good morning but was met with hostility for no reason. She was staring at my disabled child like a freak because of the little stimming sounds being made. I had to wave my hand in the air saying umm hello can I order just to get her to stop staring at my child for a good 2 minutes and she was even more annoyed. I asked her if she was okay because what is the reason for that uncalled behavior. Not only did she not respond when I put my order in, I even said thank you and got a (mmm hmm) sound. That was it. Then the order, a frappe was pure watered down. Literally nauseatingly awful. I couldn’t finish it. The other staff was at least kind greeting everyone that walks in. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, there is something called proper etiquette, especially when it comes to customer service and you definitely don’t stare at disabled people let alone a child, like they’re freak of nature. This location is right next to the CIDY Office that represents disabled people in New York, the audacity to have this kind of behavior all while not properly servicing this community is insane. I will never step foot in that location again and I hope that this “person” will never work there again.

I just had a bad experience at.this location. Not the first time either. A barrister named Kia ignored my order and took care of someone else. She is too busy giving compliments to other woman. Did not even ask my name after
After she took my money. This is the we worst starbucks I have been to. The manager did nothing. WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!

Today was my third time ordering from this location. I'm writing a review because I appreciate consistency. I've dome order ahead and order in person. All 3 times I got exactly what I ordered without issue. Drinks were fresh and tasty. Very mindful, very delicious.

On 9/8/24 I placed a mobile order for five drinks and four bakery items. Unfortunately, when I arrived, someone stole my bakery items. Thankfully, the workers were apologetic and eagerly replaced the order. Customer service that afternoon was surely a 10/10 - and the drinks as usual were delicious.

However, on 9/9/24 I placed another mobile order for two drinks and two breakfast/bakery items. I arrived to pick up and saw the bakery items were ready but not the drinks. I approached the worker at the counter (Brown woman, West Indian - I’m assuming Antiguan or Jamaican) about the drinks. She proceeded to hand me one from behind the counter. I expressed that I also ordered a grande - to which she nastily pointed to a drink on the counter (at pick up) and said “You didn’t see that there?” Umm, Lady Saw, no I did not. Perhaps I didn’t because there was a customers hands on it checking to see if it was theirs. It’s Monday morning, I was in a rush and not in the mood - I got my drink and left. The attitude was unnecessary but miserable people can’t help themselves.

Hopefully, I see her again - I am local and order frequently :)

Also, it appears they've fixed their issues with delivery orders. Often times they wouldn’t seal the bags properly and drinks would arrive exposed. Thankfully now, bags remain sealed when delivered.

They say misery loves company, and the same can be said about certain staff that work at this store. I heard them talking smack about customers in the store thinking nobody can hear them. Gossiping and complaining about customers is wack especially when said customers were minding their own business. Menu items were decent, what you’d expect from a Starbucks. but the vibes destroyed the entire experience. I have a feeling the rest of the staff know who I’m talking about. Manager wasn’t around either..go figure
