The tragic flaw about Sunway is their bread. It is soggy and no matter what you put into it it's like eating a wet sock. When you ask to toast it that is still the same. I have no idea how they survive.

Buyers beware. I want to give them zero stars.Google and subway app/website said the restaurant closes at 10pm. My husband and I ordered our food online and got there at 8 pm. The order went through and was approved however the restaurant was closed. We saw someone cleaning and knocked on the door. She said their place closes at 8 pm and to contact customer service. I called the restaurant owner as well as the customer service through the subway website. My husband and I have still not received any response or our money back. Horrible experience over all.

Today I made a stop here to get a sandwich to have for dinner. The store was very clean even though there were people eating inside the restaurant,the two ladies working there were very friendly and helpful with my order. The prices are reasonable,the menu easy to understand and they give you extra veggies if you ask for them. The have personal pizzas I haven't seen those at any other subway so I was glad they did. I had a foot long BMT meal and a cheese pizza. I will be going back for a next time.

This subway is one of the biggest stores I've see here in queens. I when there for lunch and they were pretty busy but the employees were very friendly and work pretty fast. I tried one of the new sandwiches mozza meat and let me tell you it was really good I'll order it again.

RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY! At the suggestion of some co-workers, I ordered today, used the APP to order ahead, and went & got my sandwich. Came back to the office, and what I unwrapped looked like a tiny salad sandwich, with like one slice of meat on it, and the overall size could maybe feed a mouse. I ordered the Spicy Italian PRO, but I must have ordered from their Children under 10 menu. For $3 more, you are supposed to get double protein - which I'm assuming is the meats. I literally had to bring the sandwich up to my eye to discern that there were actually 2 slices of Peperoni & 2 slices of Salami on the sandwich. Whether it is a company policy, or the store policy, or maybe just that the sandwich maker did not fully read the mobile order, what I received is completely unacceptable and I feel cheated and ripped off. As you can see by the picture, it's like they made a salad sandwich threw on a slice or 2 of meat on it. It certainly doesn't look anything like For the same $15, I could go to a local deli on Metropolitan and get a "Godfather" hero that is like 4x the size of this. Now, do I expect Subway to make & sell something like that? No. I know that's not their business model. But when I order "Double"-something, I at the very least expect it to be something slightly larger than their basic sandwich. At the end of the day, I walked away feeling like my order was not completed as it was supposed to be, that I over-paid for my meal, that this location is a complete RIP OFF, and/or has SHADY business practices. It's either that, OR their employees are not very bright, or do not have basic reading skills, or just don't care. Whatever the case, that falls on those that own & run this franchise location. If I were you, I'd stay away from this store.

The employees of this subway need to be more respectful and if you don't like your job, leave it, but the customer is respected and doesn't mistreat himself. I really don't recommend it to anyone else down the same queens blvd there is another subway near him key food and its vegetables are fresher and the service is much better I hope it changes its employees no one is supposed to treat anyone indifferently as they do on this site 03/10/2022

Today I went to this site and an employee just to ask me a question about the coupons that she sends to our houses for the specials told me that they don't take them and also spoke rudely to me although it was only a question because a lot of subways do the same they do the same promotions and they don't fulfill them, and it's not because of the coupon, it seemed that the employee had attitude problems, I hope that the book is not judged by how it looks inside, I am one of those who pay rent to this site because I always buy Plus I don’t I can buy in the other subway next to key food one of the greatest people are there working 03/10/2022

clean and friendly subway. they give you more than normal portion, and you can always ask for more. Good location close to court house with dine in seats.
