DiNapoli's is as NYC pizza as you could get on the island - both in terms of quality and atmosphere. The pizza is solid; big slices, full of cheese and the right amount of sauce. Specialty slices like the chicken, buffalo chicken, pepperoni are really good and I love the density of the cheese and fluffiness of the Sicilian - perfectly balanced. The garlic knots are puffy and have good texture. In reading some of the other reviews, it seems like there is a common theme of "great food, not the best attitude" but that doesn't merit 1 star reviews, tbh. Definitely worth a visit - you'll love the pizza - and if you're looking for a pleasant conversation (like some of the other reviewers, it seems) maybe you can order it as a topping for your slice and the owner will oblige!

The food is good, but the owner is nasty, hung up on me twice trying to order a $27.00 pizza. He thought it was a joke. I offered that I pick it up. Wouldn't let me do that either. He's only 3 blocks away from me.

I have had excellent experiences with Dinapolis. I order a shrimp and garlic specialty pie which is the best I’ve ever had! It’s not lemon shrimp scampi like other restaurants and it’s made with more of a margarita sauce with chunks of tomato fresh and hot delicious big and much more reasonable than I’ve had. Awesome! 10/10!!!! Thank You

Owner is very rude went in to order 2 slices looked at me without saying a word for a minute then had an attitude saying he can’t help me if I don’t tell him what I want I didn’t even know he was ready for me to order because he never even acknowledged me I walked out and never will return…. And if you needed any further confirmation of this restaurant look at the owners reply it says it all

I wish I could give this place more stars. The pizza is good. But to be treated like this is beyond ok. First my wife tried to call and order the same order we got last time. 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 meat lovers with a small side of jalapeños. The man in the video immediately started telling my wife we don’t do that and would not let her explain what we ordered last time. The man then put the phone down and walked away for multiple minutes. I hung up and called back asking what was the issue with asking for the side of jalapeños to which he called me jalapeño guy and hung up on me prompting me to go down there to talk to the manager/owner and this is how I was treated.Again I wish I could give this more stars but…..

These guys are the most authentic pizza with that old fashioned, family-style pizzeria flavor AND at an affordable reasonable prices. Delivery service is Highly commendable as well. I believe they are all delivered locally by their own hired staff workers and not some super delivery service where driver just drives for multiples of restaurants, so each delivery is highly cared for with the quality carried thru to the end right to your doorstep. Highly recommended and here's to DiNapoli's, a hats off & salute to your restaurant. Mucha grazie

The owner of this establishment is the nastiest a****** I have ever encountered. Ordered a pie and it was cooked complete opposite of what we asked for. It was delivered cold and also the delivery kid dropped my garlic knots out of bag so all the garlic was leaking out. I called to explain very nicely it was cooked wrong and the owner got on the phone and basically told me he doesn't care if he loses business and told me he made the pizza right and that I could bring the old pizza that kind you was at my house back to him and he would see what's wrong with it. What do you guys do resell your mistakes even after it's been touched in someone's house? Absolutely disgusting place and the most arrogant son of a b**** I have ever met. Lost a ton of business on my end we will go to another pizza place from now on. Shame on you the way you treat people I hope you go out of business.
