I picked up some vegan donuts from here and they were delicious. They are frozen so I recommend letting them sit out for a while before eating so they don’t taste dry

The rudest sales person ever! She was nasty yelling at me and rushing me in cookie selection. I was shaking ordering my cookies from them. An older man asked what kind of bread a loaf of bread was and the response to him was what am I the baker? She belittled me and made me feel terrible. I will never go here again!

We had a party at Mannino's Italian kitchen in Commack today, Sunday October 19th 2025 and Park Bake Shop made the cake for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious but it was so beautiful too!!! We can't thank you enough for providing a magnificent cake to help us celebrate this special occasion. While it's hard to see in the photo, the cake has silver sheen of sparkle with silvery gray sparkle writing. Just gorgeous and classic. !😊

Typically, I love their cakes! I’ve even ordered a custom one for a family member’s birthday, and it was fantastic. I actually work at a bakery myself, but I usually choose to get cakes from here because they’re that much better.
Unfortunately, our most recent experience was disappointing. We picked up a cake for a birthday party yesterday, and by the same day it already tasted old. It seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for quite some time and honestly should not have been sold. Very let down, especially since we’ve had such great experiences here in the past.

Experiencing from the moment I walked in was horrible. One of girls behind the counter was super condescending the entire time I was ordering a cake for my daughters birthday and talking to me like as if this was the first cake I’ve ever ordered in my life. Made me feel wrong for saying I want black piping on the bottom of my cake. Acted like I was stupid when I asked if we can make the top of the cake textured and told me that’s a “4 hour job” like how dare I request a specific look on a cake that I’m paying for! Total Gen Z stare…. Not to mentioned my half a sheet cake was ridiculously overpriced. $119 for a sheet cake that I could have baked at home. Starting at $68 and then charged me $50 to make the top look textured, mind you I included my own toppers on the cake. The cake didn’t even look that spectacular, the top was sloppy and there was so much cake that everything was messy and falling apart as I was cutting it for the party we had. Oh and the cake was super dry too. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAKERY! Read all these negative reviews they are not lying!

My gluten-free sister discovered the vegan cupcakes in this place and bought for all my Vegans (4 in our family)-they are just beyond! Then yesterday (my birthday) she stopped in&they had a vegan birthday cake which was almost better than the cupcakes🩷❤️😊Loved it-no preorder was just in case!

Calling all Long Island vegans! Come visit this spot and try their delicious bakery quality vegan goods. I strolled by this spot and decided to pop in to see if they carried any vegan desserts. To my surprise they had a whole refrigerated section with vegan cakes, cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, and some of the best donuts I’ve ever had! Not only was everything I bought so tasty and fresh, but also extremely affordable. I got a 6 pack of giant cupcakes (with filling) and a 4 pack of donuts for only $21. They also do custom orders for weddings or any event. Please support this spot as they have something for everyone including gluten free, salt free, sugar free, or just classic Italian pastries.
