Ice cream was good, service was not. Came in around 8:30 on a Friday (more than 90 minutes before they close) and the staff had half the store more or less disassembled so they could clean and go home for the night. My girlfriend and I were the only customers in the store and it was a 20-minute wait.

PSA if a worker sees this - we got banana fudge flavor today and it was spoiled. I’ve had this flavor for years and today it tasted like sour milk. Something off with this location for them to let that happen

Great flavors! Super helpful staff went through the book with me to help inform which flavors of water ice have food dye and ones that do not! We get tub fulls every time we visit!!

I’ve been coming to the Ralph’s for over 10 years, but the last three times the staff gave me the wrong order. Seems like the new staff don’t care about their customers. The only reason why I keep coming back is because I like the ice cream. I think this will be the last time I go to Ralph’s. I’ll go to Northport or Smithtown for ice cream instead.
