I’ve been coming to the Ralph’s for over 10 years, but the last three times the staff gave me the wrong order. Seems like the new staff don’t care about their customers. The only reason why I keep coming back is because I like the ice cream. I think this will be the last time I go to Ralph’s. I’ll go to Northport or Smithtown for ice cream instead.
A new York tradition and staple. You just can't beat it. I've never had a flavor that I didn't like

The locals seem to really love this, it's okay. There's a lot of choices and a lot of flavors but I kept on biting into rubbery pieces of flavoring in my water ice cherry. Without those rubbery flavoring remnants it's great. Good place to take the kids.

My daughter and I have been coming to Ralph’s Italian Ice in Kings Park since they opened. They never fail to deliver the best ice cream in town. The staff here is always friendly, welcoming and on-the-go. Their ices and ice cream is always served fresh.Highly Recommended!
