Still my favorite pizza joint in town since the mid 1990s. NYC style pizza all the way! 👍
I order from Shortstop at least 2-3x a week. Ordered 2 pies tonight for delivery was told 30 minutes. After waiting an hour I call looking for my pizza am told they will get back to me. No one does and 20 minutes later it's delivered. The pizza was cold and burnt and missing one of the toppings. I call to complain and am told I'll be credited the missing topping. Thanks. I then say they have lost a customer and am told ok. Am beyond shocked and appalled.
Always went to them... then I was sold a cold, stale tasting pizza at full price, closing time 11pm. So leftover cold pizza at full price which didn't even taste fresh. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Funny how I got there in about 10 minutes and it was ready. I should have known right there. 4 minutes of driving home, one to get out plates, and the pizza is cold. Sent a fb message to them the night I got it, and nothing to even make it right.
