We went to eat here for dinner and everything I asked the guy for at the counter he stated that he couldn't make it for us because he didn't have the fish that was in it. Don't have a menu on display if you're not able to sell the food on it. Also, it's a very small and off-setting seating area.

I no longer patronize Reel Kitchen. The two times I ordered take out a while ago my orders were not even started when I was told that they would be ready. One of the two times I was told when I arrived that they did not have the fish available which was what I ordered on the phone. The associates were less then friendly both times.

3rd time attempting to dine here. All 3 times I've tried to eat here, all weekdays around 2pm. Website says they are open. They are literally never open. Done trying, and update your website so you don't waste people's time. And judging by the more recent reviews, it's not worth it anyway.

Bad enough that the server treated himself to a $5.00 tip from the change we were given, but wow. The sushi rice was undercooked, and all the fish in our dishes was masqueraded by excess crunch and sauce. Clearly the fish was not fresh, and the sushi roll I ordered left a nasty aftertaste in my mouth. THIS STORE IS EMPTY FOR A REASON - AVOID!!!

The fish was fresh and the fries were good but fried scallops were not cooked and was told to finish cooking myself. In addition the prices were not the same on the menu. Way over priced. Would definitely not return The fish and chips had no flavor and the crab cakes were cold as well. Sadly disappointed.

My favorite place for seafood around. Amazing poke bowls, fish taco, and baked clams. This isn’t the cheapest take out, but in my opinion worth it for the quality especially when dealing with seafood. Not the place to get friend fish and French fries if that’s the type of seafood you’re looking for.

I ordered to pick up and the fries were raw and the coleslaw was dried out . If your gonna give me the left overs at the end of the day don't charge me 35$

If this place was on the water in an upscale area, it would be known as the place to be. Unfortunately, Reel Kitchen is located between a bakery and a liquor store on a strip mall. But, as many foodies will tell you, some of the best restaurants are crammed in small shopping centers. As someone whose diet consists of mostly seafood, I have been fortunate enough to eat at a lot of restaurants and seafood markets throughout the country. I can say that the crabcake from Reel Kitchen was hands-down the best I have ever had and the salmon burger was cooked to absolute perfection and fulfilled every bit of the craving I had. The owner was extremely friendly and seems to put his true heart and passion into the cooking. I urge anyone that enjoys seafood to check this place out…you will not be disappointed.

I'll start with the positive, the owner was very nice and the place was clean. Very poorly prepared food with zero taste. Prices were exorbitant. My roll fell apart and was caked with fish roe- way over the top. My chowder tasted like warm, greasy potato soup. For real people. I would not recommend at all. In fact, I’m pretty annoyed that I’m out $25 for this “meal”. I’d have gone back to complain but they took so long to prepare in the first place that my lunch break was squandered. You’ve been warned.

Ordered the SPECIAL off the blackboard. Description had scallops, lobster meat and conch, NONE of which was in the dish when it came out which took forever. One guy doing everything. There were shrimp and clams which were good but 2 out of 5? Also it was miso ramen style, it was not, just some watery liquid with some garlic, TASTELESS! Noodle were american style spaghetti, not ramen. This is a take out place, horrible 4 metal high chairs and 2 flimsy metal tables. Picnic tables outside on sidewalk were mildew old and broken. Also the traffic lite beeps constanly 20 feet away. Perhaps the sushi was OK, he should stick to that. Took forever to take our order and start cooking it. Tried to up-sell us on appy's. STAY AWAY!
