Food was okay, but they don’t take electronic payment which is not good. Also, the restaurant cashier was very hesitant to provide with a couple of disposable plates with our takeout order. Customer service needs improvement.

My family and I have been coming to Hong Kong Chinese, in Kirkwood, NY for at least 30 years. The last 7 orders have been over cooked. I usually get the General Tso chicken, pork fried rice, and wonton soup. Anytime I order, the price always changes. I've paid $15, $17, and last night $23. over the last few months. My Dad will go and get me a meal occasionally, of what I eat and he'll pay $12 topps. I ordered last night, and halfway through my meal I felt extremely ill to my stomach. I laid down for a while, and woke up to vomiting. Needless to say, I have food poisoning. It's lasted 14 hours thus far. Unfortunately, my family and I will look elsewhere for Chinese food in the future.

Decent American Chinese food. Pleasantly surprised, stopped by to charge the car at the Tesla supercharger and got lunch. Food was of decent quality for this type of foos, service was good and very fast. Prices are reasonable. Will not hesitate to stop by again.

first time I've ever had anyone scream at me before while trying to place the order. I should've known upon placing the order having so much trouble with this person yelling at me intolerant of the fact that I was having trouble with my headset that was connecting with my vehicle while trying to place the order
I almost hung up because it was so rude and obnoxious. I should have gone off that gut feeling! they had such wonderful reviews that I had high expectations for the food!
It was a very simple order, lobster and shrimp for my dad all I wanted was soup and dumplings. Very very easy! Not for this woman! I even complimented them on their amazing reviews on this soup. Point being, at least three times shrimp broccoli and soup came up in the conversation while placing the order. Of course this woman is screaming at me when I'm trying to explain to her that she did it wrong and at this point I just wanna refund.
I came home nothing about the order was correct ! My dad got some kind of shrimp and lobster soup with rice. seriously! ?I'm not sure why this woman acts like she's on drugs, but if you told me she had just done a line of Coke, or consumed her entire bottle of Adderall by mistake, I would absolutely 100% believe that!!! ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS!!!
I never leave bad reviews! However I've never had anybody screaming me upon placing the order and then attempting to make the order right all I wanted to do is get a refund and explain that I wanted to pick this up tomorrow because I cannot justify spending almost $50 on coming home and seeing nothing that I ordered was even remotely close to being somewhat correct, but yet this obnoxious Woman not only yelling at me again but then accusing me of placing the order incorrectly just taking it over the top with the inappropriate behavior. NEVER AGAIN!!!
see you tomorrow for the refund! In the future if you don't want a negative review, maybe you should learn that the customer is correct! I have nothing to gain by bringing back my order because you failed to do the order correctly. There's nothing in this for me I didn't get to eat my dinner tonight but I will be damned if I'm gonna have you scream at me and then insult me and then claimed that I am the one that was wrong on top of it. Stopped to charge the car on a road trip and found some of the best Chinese food I've had!Lots of fresh veg in the dishes, fried foods were perfectly done, just super fresh and yummy!Also, the staff was so nice and helpful.If I lived near by this would be the spot to go!!Cash only

Don't let the store front and small plaza fool you, the service and food are great! Are dinner here while waiting for our Tesla to charge. We saw they stay very busy with plenty of takeout orders and still had our food out to us in a short time.

Under the radar for the Binghamton area. Very pleasantly surprised. I was in the area for work and decided to stop in. I normally stick with Moonstar since it's close to my home but will be stopping in hong Kong whenever I'm close by.
