The food and drinks were fine, but the staff was not nice at all. I was surprised seeing all the positive reviews saying how pleasant they were because the ones working when I came in were pretty rude/cold. I worked customer service and understand how annoying customers can be, but me and my friends did nothing wrong and were still friendly despite their attitudes toward us. Wasn’t even busy at the time. Don’t get a job dealing with people if you can’t treat them with basic politeness 😒.

Both drinks we got were great, honestly the best lemonade from a Dunkin I’ve ever tasted!
The standout was the gentleman asking if our dog wanted a pup cup! I’ve never had a Dunkin in Dutchess County offer one before. Thanks for giving him the first of many! We’ll definitely be back.

They moved down the road to a new Dunkin’ Donuts building. The building is beautiful very well put together even the people work there make the drinks welland friendly. Whoever is the manager of that place at whoever is teaching so employee should get a raise

Every, and I do mean every, drink I have ordered here has been nothing but water. The coffees, the hot chocolates. For a new location I don't know how the service can be so poor. Just get a coffee at a gas station and save your money and time.

Horrible service came here at 6:20 pm and no one was there they are supposed to close at 10 also no good signage if you do close early don't leave every light on and at least put up a sign very bad at odd hours that should not have moved
For such a beautiful new space, they sure need to be more selective with who they hire. As a local business owner in Lagrangeville, I was astonished last night when I was met with such a “ghetto” awful sounding voice through the drive though. Talking in slang about items they don’t have. I felt like I was on candid camera. Well the same girl then met me at the window, young Madeline, who handed me what was supposed to be a large caramel craze iced latte, with the smallest straw. I asked if he as a large straw, considering the size of the cup, and she replied “oh nope we ain’t got no mow” 😳. So I drove away with my cup and baby straw and took a nice big sip… of black coffee with a splash of milk!? There was no caramel and certainly no craze. And as I drove on the highway, fighting to keep that little straw above sea level, I almost crashed. What an experience that was after doing a double shift, owning two local businesses. You can’t charge $7 for a coffee when it comes with so much extra baggage. Please get better help. And teach them how to speak properly to customers and teach them how to make the drinks?

Stopped at this Dunkin’ while heading southbound on the Taconic State Parkway, and it was a great choice. The shop was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. Good spot to grab a coffee and a snack before continuing the drive. Convenient location and well-maintained - definitely recommend if you’re passing through.
