Literally the slowest place I've been too. I order super early, wait in my car, and 15 minutes can go by and my order is still not ready. Lines piled up, one time I saw a woman go behind the counter and made her drink. I don't know why they don't have more staff on in the morning especially when they are located in front of a high school. Everyone looks miserable and I loved the toss bags on to the counter. Idk bro, but I would think a dunkin near a school would want to make money!

Showed up 20 minutes before closing. Girl working there looked like I just ruined her day. Really took her time to get to the register. They had all the chairs flipped up, no donuts left they just threw them out. Walked out hungry.

29 minutes before they took our order, but the mobile orders seemed to come and go. Lots of times they are out of items. They don’t even have a bathroom available. Always seem understaffed. Time for management to do their job. Time for us to drive 5 minutes down the road to a store that cares

I stopped this week , 4 /22 or 13.th (??) , a tall boy was being trained to make a Cappachino. He proceeded making it, LICKED his FINGERS and continuing making my coffee !! I was in horror!! Then he proceeded to put the lid ON my Cup!!!!!!! I said something to the girl training him that this was SOO discusting and RETRAIN him!!! I left my EIGHT $ coffee and walked out NEVER to go back to LaGrangeville DD!!!! HOPEFULLY when The New DD opens further on Rt. 55, You'll hire ALL new Staff!!!!!

It is was horrible service.the cashier had no manners , extremely rude and unprofessional.this place will not get my business anymore.

The order wasn't processed correctly (missed one drink, and provided as iced instead of hot), and there is no customer restroom. Employees are fine in terms of friendliness.

Was eating there with my kids andcthe little one had to go to the bathroom. We waited 20 minutes . We left to the Valero gas station to use the bathroom. Not a good way to run a business.
