You forgot the egg on two sandwiches the first time I went a month ago. That’s crazy by itself. I went on 11/10/25 and order 2 breakfast sandwiches on biscuits. They are both on English muffins when I get home. Not the same egg as the other sandwich I would have gotten either. Unfortunately you have to unwrap your sandwiches and check each time you order from here. How do you keep making basic mistakes like this. Sure you will kindly replace it if I drive 20 minutes back to you. No one should have to do that though..

Every McDonald’s I’ve visited has been a disappointing experience. I ordered a Monopoly item, but when I received my order, there was no Monopoly sticker. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that they were using the old cup without the sticker. I requested an alternative item with the same value or a drink of the same value with the sticker, but they refused. When I asked for a refund, the lady and manager were uncooperative and insisted on waiting for three other customers to be served before processing my refund. I was frustrated and I didn’t have time to wait and had to leave.

Our order wasn’t large, but we had to pull to the side to wait, as many McDonalds do, move you from the window to avoid the window clock and having other patrons wait. Outside of that, they were very polite, swift and efficient. The young man who came out with our food was very polite and nice, manners, I wish I got his name! I commend him for his customer service! It was chilly and he didn’t have a jacket on, while giving excellent service and sauces! Clean! Fresh food!

I found what appeared to me mouse fecal matter in my meal bag at the begining of my meal. I went to the manager and showed her what I found and she denied the possibility that there could be mice in the restaurant. I asked her what she thought the black oval speck could be and she said there are never mice there. I asked for a refund because I was disgusted. She took my credit card and only refunded my meal but wouldn't refund my two kids happy meals (they were standing right there). I asked the manager what her name was and she walked away from me. I threw all of our food out because there was no way I was letting my kids eat from such a filthy place. I went to high school around the corner so I have been going to this location for 25 years. Not anymore! I have been telling locals about my experience as well because the treatment of me was the rude icing on the cake.

A friend and I went in tonsit and have coffee. The coffee was decent but there were no clean tables anywhere. They had food all over them and the floor as well. Its been years since I went inside and although it was renovated, the place was not clean at all. We almost left

I used the drive thru to order a 10 piece chicken nuggets for my grandson at about 2:40 pm today. I did not want a donut they tried to sell me. I paid and did not want the receipt-- a mistake. Grandson was hungry and started to eat them right away. He ate 3 before he said he didn't want any more. The nuggets were barely warm and definitely dried out. Disgusting. Because we were headed somewhere we couldn't go back. Lesson: try food from this place before leaving with it.
