The cajun fajita slice may be the best slice of pizza I've ever had, and for context I lived in the Italian part of Brooklyn for a decade, and have been to all fifty states (and ate pizza in most of them). The basic elements are perfect examples of NY style pizza - crisp-outer/chewy-inner crust, great sauce to cheese ratio, generous size slices. Pizza Express is always a great place. I've been buying there for about ten years. I like the new signature sandwiches they just added, like the route eighty-two and the route fifty-five. They gave them some very cool names associated with the area.. Fast and friendly service.
