Soft serve was broken, they use the cheapest plastic soup spoons that bend in half when you use them, the brownie sunday came with a Cosmic Brownie that the spoon couldn't even break, the person working acted like they couldn't or didn't know how to do a custom tip amount (I could see the button on the screen), so you have to pick one of the inflated recommended amounts.

Got 2 scoops of ice cream in a dish and a bottle of water. Took my card to go ring up and didn't tell me price, handed me back my card with no receipt. I asked for receipt and was just told it was $12 and change. Price on board said 5.75 for 2 scoops (was only about 1 small scoop) and water was 2.89. that's nowhere near 12 dollars. Will never go back with so many other options around

I got 2 scoops and the portions were big enough. The cheesecake strawberry was okay. The other flavor I got was the one with chunky chocolate chips. It wasn't that good. I was expecting better. The soft ice cream machine wasn't working.
