We went to Chef M Grill House in Lake George expecting good food and service, but it was the complete opposite. The manager was joking and chatting in Turkish with other customers instead of being professional or welcoming, which made us feel completely unwelcome. The staff ignored us, kept talking among themselves, and gave zero attention to their guests.
We ordered a platter, but it came as a tiny plate—not enough for even one person. The chicken was dry, the meat was tough, and overall the food didn’t taste good. Drinks were overpriced, and they don’t even serve water—you have to buy overpriced bottled water. Don’t go there. I will never go back there!!!!

We dined in at Chef M Grill (formerly Alibaba) and had such a wonderful experience! The new ownership has really elevated the restaurant everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The beyti was juicy, the köfte had that authentic homemade taste, and the lamb over rice was tender and delicious. Portions were generous, presentation was great, and the service was warm and attentive. Chef M Grill is definitely a huge step up from before, and we’ll absolutely be coming back!

This restaurant offers awesome food in a beautiful environment with a very welcoming staff. The menu has authentic Mediterranean flavors, and everything we tried was excellent.
The grilled chicken with tomato yogurt sauce was my favorite dish — served with fresh salad, warm bread, and rice, it was a complete and delicious meal.
If you try it once, you’ll definitely want to come back again!

Very pricey for what you get. Beware the pictures on the menu are NOT representative of what hits the table. Portions are smaller. Watch out for the 5 dollar warm drinks you have to fetch yourself from the fridge. No water for tables. No cups for those 5 buck cans of soda, unless you plead.

The food was so tasty! We stopped in for an in between bite and shared the chicken with cherry sauce. Wow!! It was so good!!
The chicken was tender and the sauce was perfect. The salad and rice were good and the bread was very nice.
We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Worst Turkish food i have ever tasted anywhere.
We tasted cheese pide, kofta iskender kabob and chicken tenders along with a non menu item lahmacun. In my opinion nothing was edible. From excellent to above hygiene factor i prefer to go 5 stars, so you may have an idea how bad was this.
I think these guys are new in restaurant business and don't know what they are doing. Couple of suggestions for them too. Learn how to cook and don't think nobody has benchmark data on your food. If you cannot offer this food to your family then don't sell it. Learn how to count. One single lahmacun being 17 dollars is enough for you to be labeled a rip off. I would feel ashamed for that. Regularly it is $4-$8 everywhere. Please don't use anything relative to Turkish. This food is like a chicken in comparison to a dinosaur. Theoretically you may be right but in reality that's not how Turkish food is.

My confederate didn’t like the falafel platter as much. Falafels look like small cylinders. Extruded?
