I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered a quesadilla, the menu says it comes with fries but our waitress told me it did not. The menu clearly says it does! Our waitress also would not allow my 12 year old niece to order off the kids menu. When she ordered the waitress told her there was no way she could be 12. She is mature for her age. Very unpleasant! She brought our food out, the food was average at best and we didn't see her again until the bill came. The bill already included a 20% tip and a credit card fee. She certainly didn't earn a 20% tip but since they add it in automatically why should she worry about how she treats customers. Bad for business, unreasonable and unethical. This should actually be against the law NYS!

Food was average nothing special. We had a waiter who took our order brought the food and that was about all we saw of him until he brought the bill over which already included gratuity and a credit card fee (for which we paid cash for). My recommendation is try somewhere else where the staff is more friendly and food tastes better.

The food was decent, prices were high but normal for a tourist trap.I ordered a quesadilla which was on the sandwich menu. Menu said fries were included but mine wasn't served with any. I told the waiter who argued that quesadillas aren't sandwiches. I said that since they were under the sandwich menu and they are. In any case, I was given fries in the end but was given an argument which wasn't pleasant. The menu clearly stated they were included and for the price, I wasn't going to accept otherwise.The bill came and a 20% tip was added which annoyed us but we paid without saying anything. They tried to get us to add another tip on the credit card which was very sketchy and a total turn off. A less attentive person could have tipped on top of that, not noticing it was already included and add another 15-20%. Unreasonable and unethical.I would not recommend this place just due to the fact that they are not honest.

Was a fun quick stop for some food. Kids wanted pizza, so we got a large pie. It was great, wife got a huge salad and I got a stromboli which was great. They did have some adult beverages as well, not horribly priced. Everything came out fast. Service was great.

Came here for the memorial day weekend. It was packed, I give it 3 starts because honestly I felt bad for the two girls running up and down with kids running around and screaming. I think they should hire more people. I ordered half pepperoni pizza and half buffalo chicken. They sent me the entire pizza with buffalo sauce and the kids weren't able to eat it. The ambience wasn't that good at least when I was there.

Stopped in with my nieces (8&11) for lunch . There were 5/6 items we were told were not available . We ordered , the food was average , my nieces Mac and cheese was clearly Kraft box . The already $14.95 quesadilla was up charged $4.00 for having chicken which brought it to almost $19 so super pricey for very , VERY basic food but the clincher was the 20% automatic gratuity. This is barely a diner and not even a full menu then for them to assume they deserve 20% ??? It’s not Prime for gods sake !!! Don’t get me wrong , I have no issue with tipping and tip a minimum of 25 percent every time I dine out unless the service is absolutely horrible but automatically adding it to my bill is absurd and calling it a party of 4 with 2 adults and 2 small kids that had just appetizers and cheap boxed Mac and cheese (78 total btw) isn’t right . I work hard for my money and I should be able to choose what I want to leave . I also saw no signage posted . If the tip wasn’t demanded our server (who I think may have been the owner ) would have received at least 25% . We won’t be back but please ….. do better !!!

Food is great my group has been here many times just watch out groups of 4 or more Is a automatic 20% tip added to your bill then it shows you a tip amount suggestion on the bottom I almost tip on top of the already tiped amount. They should let consumers tip the amount we decided basted on service provided that is what a tip is!
They catfished us because the retro area is for dining service only, but still it’s on the list for top 10 pizza’s that I’ve ever tasted, slightly pricey.

Food was ok, portions where huge so if you have a big apetite, that can be for you. Pizza is a big part of the menu, but there wasn't any pizza options in the kid menu. The big letdown, the lady who served us tried to take advantage of us with the tip. She brought the invoice with the maximum tip (20%) already charged instead of bringing an invoice allowing us to chose the amount. Note that we were tourist who do not speak english as first language which was clearly noticeable. Being from the province of Québec, we know well how tipping work, so respect your customers please, we chose how much we tip, not you.
