I was invited to Lake George by my girlfriend to meet up with her bff for lunch. I had never been in the area previously and was looking forward to the visit. They both mentioned Bambaz as a place they wanted to try because they were both smash burger and Mac n cheese fans. The day we went was the owners birthday. They treated us so well in all honesty I felt like it was mine. My girlfriend has a tendency to talk about things she likes. Let’s just say she hasn’t stopped. There is NO better place to eat than here.

Excellent food and even better customer service!
We dined at the food truck last summer and were blown away at the smash burgers-best we’ve ever had! So we knew we had to return this summer. My daughter loved the Mac and Cheese bowls, and the truck didn’t have them at the time of our order, so we walked the super short distance to the restaurant, and they rushed our order. Couldn’t asked for better food or service. And kudos for raising two very respectable young men, who will make excellent business owners as well, if they desire such! They made my day :)

I had the privilege of getting to sit down for a late lunch at Bambaz with some friends. We ordered pizza, a mac n cheese smash burger with THE BEST tots I've ever had, and a chicken parm. The owner, Vincent, came out and chatted with us and was so kind! His family works with him in the shop and his son Brandon came out and played guitar beautifully for us (and even got me to sing with him!)! Such a wonderful warm family atmosphere - 10000% the place you need to go for your pizza fix at Lake George!

I feel like a review can’t even do this place justice. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality. I was happy to learn it’s family-owned, and the owner, Vincent, along with his son, are truly some of the kindest people you’ll meet.
The atmosphere is inviting, but what really sets this restaurant apart is the food—it’s unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and I can honestly say this is not only the best restaurant in Lake George, but one of the best I’ve ever been to. We went for lunch and then returned to dinner, all on the same day because it was that good!
My friends and I ordered a little bit of everything—the smashburger, mac & cheese, fries, and the Detroit-style pizza—and WOW. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. You can really tell the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every bite. I truly cannot wait to come back next summer!

It was the best pizza we have tried in LG. Different, but in a good way. Mix of Chicago and Sicilian. Smash burger and fries were good. Bambas sauce was uniquely good. Couple drinks with it all. Affordable for what we got. 4 gnomes out of 5
