We dined at the food truck last summer and were blown away at the smash burgers-best we’ve ever had! So we knew we had to return this summer. I had the privilege of getting to sit down for a late lunch at Bambaz with some friends. We ordered pizza, a mac n cheese smash burger with THE BEST tots I've ever had, and a chicken parm. The owner, Vincent, came out and chatted with us and was so kind!
