Warm, cozy atmosphere. Good food, great service. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Child friendly so may not be the most romantic spot for a date night. Home made bread pudding was delicious.Kid-friendliness: They do provide a kids menu and space to color.

Birthday dinner. Packed house on a Wednesday night. Sat in the back room, very cozy space. House wine (very reasonable) and a signature cocktail. Both excellent. Small portions - crab cake app, cobb salad app. Again - both given high marks, the salad was addictively good. Surf & Turf for me and scallops for the Birthday girl. Scraped the plates clean, wonderfully tasty perfect done dishes. Excellent french bread accompanied with amazing butter was also a winner. Good service from John. Highly recommend the Bistro. Best foodie experience in a long while. Seriously higher cuisine levels happening here.

10-21-23We had the surf and turf and short ribs.Horrible service and even worse food. The short ribs tasted like bad chuck roast and the surf and turf was over cooked like it had been sitting for a long by time under a heat lamp. We were there for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. We spent the exact same amount the night before and that meal was a hundred times better. That meal was less than an hour. Bistro was just horrible service and foo see.

My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to get a table without a reservation at this restaurant on our short getaway. It was a cute structure along Route 149, a short drive from the Village of Saint George. The decor and the ambiance were a pleasant surprise. The food and the service were excellent! My husband had the Surf and Turf. I had the Waldorf Porkchop. We opted for small servings to make room for dessert. We had cheesecake and bread pudding. All were exceptionally delicious. This gem is highly recommended. I would go back for another meal when in the area.
