The ONLY reason this Dunkin is getting a high rating is because of the manager working on 9/4 at around 2pm. We ordered on the app, and after waiting about 10 mins we find out their espresso machine was down. While we were bummed about this, the manager offered to give us a snack of our choice to make up for it. I love the company, however the location I go to is hit or miss with staff as well as whether my drinks are correct. A lot of the time I get a frozen coffee with mocha and I'm given a frozen hot chocolate.
Smaller Dunkin located in a gas station. Does have a Drive Thru, but it's tight if you have a bigger vehicle. My only real complaint is the fact of it being smaller they often run out of certain donuts. As far as their coffee goes I usually get the Americano with cream and sugar and am never disappointed.
