I was trying to order ice cappuccino to go (basically latte with 2 espresso shots) the barista said she doesn’t know how to to that so i explained. i asked for oat milk and salted caramel syrup, she said it’s fine she will try to to that and CHARGED me for that. Then she found out that they didn’t have oat milk (i unfortunately can have only oat milk), i said it’s fine and that asked for iced coffee with salted caramel syrup she said okay, and then when she started to look for syrup she found out that there’s no salted caramel syrup. So i asked for refund and she said that her manager is not here and she doesn’t know how to do refund.
So i paid 5$ and left a tip for nothing
Dear manager, if you leave you working place during working hours MAKE SURE that your people at least know how to do refund!
i’m not even mentioning that workers need to check at first what they have in stock
i’m so mad sad and disappointed
never will come back
The barista wasn’t very helpful and my macchiato was a little too acidic, seems like the dose of coffee might be too low for the size portafilter? Mainly when paying specialty coffee prices I wanted a little better experience along with a more balanced taste

Good coffee, quiet breakfast place. Service was quick and efficient. Good food with generous quantities. Very convenient.

The coffee here is delicious. I had a hazelnut iced coffee and went back the second day for a hot latte. Both were great! Muffins were yummy and fresh. Only complaint is their staff is not friendly. No smiles, no “have a nice day”. Seemed more like I was bothering them to do their job. It wasn’t busy as it’s the off season, so it’s not like either barista was overwhelmed. So unpleasant.

Maybe it was because its off season, but its tricky to figure out where the coffee spot is and the other business that share this location are...Coffee was ok, Staff was friendly.

Lake George Coffee Company is a great spot for a refreshing solid cup of coffee. Our drinks were made quickly, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Just a heads-up: if you visit in April or during the off-season, the coffee shop isn’t fully open to the public—you’ll need to enter through the hotel to access it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though we only stopped in for coffee.

Difficult to find this location. Two doors in the front tell you to go right, and when you get to the rightmost door it tells you to go all the way left, back to the main hotel entrance.

Update your Google listing so people don’t waste time driving
Run by teenagers. Which would be fine if not for the attitude. Their iced lattes taste like milk + syrup flavor.
Just go to Dunkin.

I went inside the Marriott to order coffee as the shop on the main strip was closed.
Ordered an iced latte and felt like I was just drinking milk. Not enough espresso and flavor
Was not good. Couldn’t drink it in the end.

Great place!! Even in November there were people roaming the village. Duffy's tavern and the bar & grill at the Marriott were both great places! The Sundowner motel was AWESOME! huge rooms and beautifully updated in a rustic theme.
