The worst surf-N-turf I have ever had. Even the melted butter for the lobster was cold. Seriously though, how do serve melted butter cold ? It must not be real butter. I will never eat there again
The staff were great! Kind , accommodating and quick. Water view where we sat was beautiful! Very clean and friendly environment. Prices compared to servings very reasonable.
Jeremy and Sam were great bartenders… they were very attentive and personable, with that saying I would highly recommend the Lighthouse Grill.
Food and drinks were excellent.
Food was absolutely delicious. The side of candied brussel sprouts are SO good. The restaurant was gorgeous and super clean. Our waitress Audrey was the sweetest and made our experience even more memorable. We will absolutely be recommending the Lighthouse Grill as it is now a new favorite spot to eat in Lake George.
Aubrey was awesome. So kind and friendly. Super professional with smiles. The meal was great. Try the Asian Stir fry, and thank me later.
Audrey was an amazing server. The service she gave was amazing and checked in with us when we needed and gave his everything we needed and asked for! Highly recommend
I was looking forward to a nice Memorial Day lunch date with a view as this is one of the restaurants “highlights”. I went in and requested a table on the top deck with some shade and was denied by the hostess, because “the table was not on the server rotation” and I asked what’s more important the customer or the server rotation and she replied “the server’s rotation”, at that point I asked for the manager and surprise, surprise…she was no help either she also denied me the table because “it would throw off the rotation” and offered me a table in the sun away from the shade and not the one I requested and wouldn’t budge, so at that point I asked her, you would rather inconvenient the CUSTOMER which is trying to spend MONEY, than her rotation and she said yes it would be an inconvenience. At that point I decided to leave and not waste my time anymore and would not let these lazy people ruin my day. Instead I went to the “Lookout Bar Grill” where the restaurant is not as “fancy” but they did provide a better service, got the table I requested and the food was very good. I hope the owner sees this, because he has hired workers that don’t care for his business.
FOR CONTEXT: Restaurant was not busy and could have easily accommodated us.
Love this place its so my vibe
The only reason I’m giving it an extra star is because of the view at the deck. The food here is terrible. I had the steak stir fry with veggies and it tasted like expired frozen meals that you forget about in your freezer. My strawberry mocktail had a rotten strawberry in it and it was overly sweet. Overpriced for sure. I paid $40 for my meal and the mocktail. The seating staff were weird, I asked for a table for 5, the place is empty and they could have easily joined two tables, but the staff was insisting on using one small table and just add one extra chair! I mean, the place is empty!! Those tables outside are plastic and require zero to no effort to join two tables to accommodate 5 people. Place is Not worth the hype.
I visited this restaurant based on good reviews and its location by Lake George, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. The view was beautiful, but the food and service didn’t live up to the hype.
We were seated at an outdoor table, but noticed more scenic tables available on the deck in the sun. When we asked to move, the staff said we couldn’t because of the waitresses’ rotation schedule. It felt like an odd reason and gave the impression that customer preference wasn’t a priority.
Food-wise, the timing was off—our appetizers (clam chowder and ahi tuna) came out at the same time as our main dishes. The clam chowder, while simple in presentation, was actually good. The ahi tuna and the mains were just okay. My chicken was a bit dry, nothing memorable.
I’d rate the experience a 6/10, and honestly give the restaurant a 3 overall due to how underwhelming it felt. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but the kitchen execution and coordination were clearly lacking. If you’re looking for exceptional service or food, I’d recommend skipping this place. Great lake view—but that’s about it.

Ordered eggs and coffee. Coffee was not hot, toast on plate when food came had mold, how can someone butter the toast in kitchen and not see that! Home fries were not cooked. My husband ordered fish and chip and the fish was all breading could not find fish

Fantastic. Cudos to the kitchen. Calamari was cooked perfectly, not chewy or rubbery. Had the 3 eggs over easy with potatoes, sausage & bacon. Cooked to perfection. Even the toast was delicious! Soaked up the egg yolk. My brother had the chicken & waffles - superb. The Bloody Mary, Maple Bacon Old Fashion, and Apple Cider Mule also great. So cudos to the bartender as well. Our waiter, didn’t get his name, sorry! - also fantastic service. (Blonde/light hair with tattoos) Will update if I get his name.
