Food was mediocre, service was pretty good, atmosphere was OK other than the music they were playing (Van Halen, AC/DC, etc.) The menu was weird. They grouped stuff together that normally isn’t grouped together and would cost a small fortune if we ordered things the way we wanted. We won’t be going back, but I’m sure there are people that would be just fine with the menu and mediocre food. Nope, not a fake review. Sorry, just honest based on our experience.

Very disappointed in the food. Everything came out cold or like it was under a heat lamp. My sunny side eggs looked like they were sitting under the lamp for a while. Portions were extremely small compared to other visits.not worth the money. It used to be our go to but not anymore. ???

Family friend referred the Lone Bull. Like that it's away from the village crowd area. Like the old feel of the restaurant. Food was nothing to make me wanna come back, just ok. Portions are smaller than other breakfast places I've been to for the same money. Service is good.

Great spot for breakfast. It's usually very busy so get there early or prepare to be patient. They brag about BIG breakfasts and deliver in that promises. Everything we had was high quality. I enjoyed the eggs Benedict with a giant sourdough English muffin, thick cuts of ham, and three perfectly poached eggs. Coffee comes to the table in an urn so you don't have to wait, which is good because it gets busy.

Great breakfast and fast service. Poached eggs were cooked well, and the pancakes and French toast were great. Potatoes could be grilled a little longer, but were still good. Have been coming here for years and always a good meal.

We got there early so there were plenty of waitresses chatting.
And we waited quite a bit before even getting a cup of coffee.

Food was at best- mediocre. Corn beef hash had an awful taste- and the home fries tasted old. Really don’t understand how this was high rated. Coffee was good tho.

We went to this breakfast restaurant on a Friday morning and were anticipating a hearty breakfast as advertised on their sign out front. We were pleased with our server who was attentive and gave quick service. However the food was a bit lacking. I had the sausage and eggs and my partner had the ham and eggs- both came with pancakes. My partner was told he was not allowed to add modifications to his pancakes (i.e. blueberries), even after offering to pay for blueberries, because they were a smaller size, approximately an average pancake size. The coffee was also sour. Otherwise, it was an alright meal with good service.

The service was excellent in that the Server was attentive and helpful.

The food was worse than we could have imagined. The pancakes were rubbery, flat, and tasteless. Even our grandkids said that they had to put extra syrup to make it palpable. The ham was dry as though it had been warmed up over and over. The juice (both orange and apple) came in too large a glass, which was too much for us to finish. The prices were expensive, even though we understand it is a tourist area. As a final thought, we would never ever go back nor would we recommend this place to our friends and family.

Been here a few times with no issues and decent food. Today was just gross. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and homefires and potato had so much pepper they were gritty, burned my mouth and inedible. When asked if they could be remade was told no they are made in batches. Ummmm great but the whole batch should hit the trash and be redone if they are that messed up. Just yuck .. sadly we cant justify another try here.
