We had a party of 18, which I know can be stressful on a restaurant; however, everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was outstanding! They even made a dish specifically for a gluten-free/vegetarian diet without us asking for it! The food is excellent! One of the best Italian restaurants (if not the best) in Upstate New York! been here a more than a handful times and you never really know what your experience will be! owner always says in his replies to reviews that if you don’t like it to bring it up with him but with that attitude?! id rather not. ive lived in the glens falls area for over fifty years and leave usually good reviews but for the places i go. i felt i needed to be on anonymous account so i don’t get chewed out by jerry! i wish i could say the food is as good as it was months ago but i can’t. i’ve gotten sick twice after eating here so i think i’ll be sticking to drinks from now on.. only if the unpleasant bartender isnt working though! i think anyone who goes here knows who i mean. chicken parm was my go-to but heres a tip.. if you wanna drown your chicken in sauce at least double fry it! i want it crispy, having the breading peel off isnt fun. i hope to see this place get better.

Was going here regularly over the last 6 months or so (as my mother lives in the building) and sitting at the bar. I actually really enjoyed it for awhile mainly because of the bartender blue who always made sure I enjoyed my visit always took care of anything that wasn’t up to par with no questions asked. I don’t believe she works there anymore and if I had to guess she probably quit. The last few times I went in the women behind the bar was absolutely miserable the food quality has also gotten worse and when I tried to make it known she literally gave me so much attitude about it which isn’t very surprising since I’ve also heard her argue with the owner in the past(I’m assuming they must be in a relationship). I’m not one to write a review about any business good or bad but after reading the owners responses to other reviews i definitely will never be going to this place again and would like to warn anyone considering going, don’t waste your money, spend it with a business that deserves it!

We have visited Laurella’s for several weeknight specials. Our favorite is the chicken parm — the servings are large enough to share and are delicious! We also enjoy the hamburger special! We just spent Easter there and we had no regrets for not staying home and making a traditional Easter dinner! The prime rib ($34.99) was a generous cut cooked just as requested with (2) sides. The restaurant is clean and decorated very nice! The staff are attentive and personable! If you haven’t visited this charm of a restaurant located in downtown Glen's Falls yet, then you are missing out!

The Chicken Parmesan and Penne Ala Vodka are good! Shrimp tastes like a fish took a swim in dirty dish water though. Waitress is great, bartender is miserable. If you’re gonna go don’t sit the bar and don’t get any of the seafood.

Ordered a pizza on DoorDash, it was nearly HALF the size it usually is for the same price! The prices are already insane but sixteen bucks for a pizza the size of an open faced sandwich? I never leave reviews but the quality of food here just keeps going down!Edit: In the owners reply he claims the only order he got was for a KIDS pizza yet when I’ve ordered and have looked at Laurella’s menu I have NEVER seen a “kids pizza.” Sure, it may be much cheaper to dine-in the restaurant and I’m sure they have other wonderful foods but I’d rather not eat in there. Went there a couple of times. Was sat at the bar for about FIFTEEN minutes and the bar tender never even glanced at me, so I left. When I gave it a second chance the same women had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen at a restaurant or bar. Place is good for a few pasta dishes and music but I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids or having high standards.

Cute little place in Glen Falls that we stumbled upon. We ate pretty early so there was nobody here and service was amazing. Brittany is a sweetheart we started with mozzarella sticks which were delicious. Caesar salad was yummy and so was the garlic bread I had the pasta which was good, but a little overpowering with lemon, my partner had the rigatoni Alaca that was out of this world. I would definitely suggest you come here. The live music is a perk definitely would come back again and I like the option of small plates.
Everything tasted delicious (that risotto and salmon mmm) and I definitely want to go back to try other dishes. Our sever was top notch and helped make it a fun night. Thanks!
