We had a party of 18, which I know can be stressful on a restaurant; however, everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was outstanding! They even made a dish specifically for a gluten-free/vegetarian diet without us asking for it! The food is excellent! One of the best Italian restaurants (if not the best) in Upstate New York! We have visited Laurella’s for several weeknight specials. Our favorite is the chicken parm — the servings are large enough to share and are delicious! We also enjoy the hamburger special! We just spent Easter there and we had no regrets for not staying home and making a traditional Easter dinner! The prime rib ($34.99) was a generous cut cooked just as requested with (2) sides. Jerry has always had amazing food at each location he's been at. Always great service with staff and very warm and welcoming environment! I order take out at least a few times a month. Never have a complaint!
