Pablo’s is a truly delicious Mexican restaurant. The fajita bowl and the enchiladas were fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, high quality, and prepared with care. The portions were perfect! As far as the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming and very willing to make modifications to suit your eating requirements. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We loved it so much we went back for our next 2 nights at Lake George! Next year when we go back to Lake George we surely will be going back to Pablo’s!!

Came with the family looking for authentic Mexican food. And this was not it. Service was horrible. Waitress were having shoots with a costumer. Don’t waist your time.
Great place for so yummy Mexican food! Everything was delicious. The margaritas were fabulous! We ate there twice we liked it so much.

I paid 42$ for 2 bottled drinks, quesadilla, and a “kids quesadilla”.. and when they say kids they mean infant. I don’t write reviews but this was WILD ?. They gave me a box of fries with a half of a half of a quesadilla. When I asked if this was actually how they served it they said “it’s mini” .. they weren’t lying.. looked like the hit it with a shrink ray ?. Alright I’m done see photos for the food they serve

The atmosphere of the restaurant is okay. The food is blah, a bit tasteless for me. I order 3 tacos (pork, chicken and beef),and nacho.. Overpriced nachos (basically chips with cold cheese- that was hard) WHO eats nachos with cheese that is clumpy upon serving???? The chip itself is not bad but bad pairing of their cheese just made it from not bad to just BAD. The cheese is not even soft or velvety.. the tacos all taste the same to me even when they are different meat. Pretty bad for authentic Mexican.. My partner had the taco bowl.. and he normally doesn't say much say about his food, but he too said it wasn't good. I bought a Coke.. and i'm not sure if it was previously opened (as it seemed loose) but it didnt taste like a normal coke..I took a few sips and I didn't drink it any more. I wouldn't recommend it if you are in Lake George Village.

I stopped in today after I haven’t been here in a few years they used to make the fajita bowels in a eatable shell. They stopped giving you the shell. Who does that? Have the same menu and change how they make it?! It’s too expensive to not include the shellIt still taste really good and the steak has a really good flavor and is tender. But definitely won’t be back to pay $19 for no shell

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. The food is Tex Mex. I had the ground beef, shredded chicken tacos and a steak quesadillas. All three were delicious. Prices are reasonable considering every business is a little on the high side because Lake George is considered a vacation destination. (I payed almost $12 for a lemonade and $8 for a scoop of ice cream down the street), but you get a lot of food for what you pay for. The atmosphere is great! And the pool tables in the back are a nice surprise. Awesome outdoor seating that is across from this music venue (put on by the town?) where they had live music on the day i was there (Tuesday). Very colorful and festive and the staff is very friendly. They had the largest tequila selection I've ever seen in my life (like 70 different kinds) and they have every Margarita flavor you can think of. Definitely a place to check out if you come to Lake George. Oh and try the fried ice cream. It was sooo good!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door entrance with no steps. Ground levelDietary restrictions: Gluten Free Menu
