We had a wonderful dinner here. The Frutti du Mar was fantastic (and I‘m not normally a fan of seafood in marinara sauce). My hubbie‘s veal parmigiana
was delicious, too.

Rachel, our server, was lovely; we enjoyed chatting with her and she was an excellent server.

It‘s a extremely nice restaurant; the 4 star atmosphere was only because it was a bit chilly inside (but it‘s really cold outside this evening), so we understand about the challenges of keeping spaces warm!

I had a food poisoning on New Year’s Eve. Please make sure you serve fresh seafood. Not the best experience.

Here for state meet. They were able to accommodate all 17 of us and the service was amazing with delicious food. Hopefully, we will be back next year

Was in the area on business and just got extremely lucky finding this place. They was almost ready to close. They accommodated us and the food and service was excellent

Food was good, but the service was so delayed. They seemed short staffed, the ones who were serving were trying their best, but we had to wait in line for a table (despite having a reservation) for over 15 minutes and then wait for almost 60 minutes to get our order

We have visited Lake George many times over the years and I have to say that the food and service were the best we ever had. We had a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our server Rachel was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions are generous. I would highly recommend Saluti to anyone looking for a delicious Italian meal and you’d be very fortunate to have Rachel as your server.

The food blew me away and Saluti deserves every word.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe and service were spot-on. But let’s cut to the chase: the vodka penne with chicken is otherworldly. Creamy, perfectly al dente, and that little vodka punch gives it just the right swagger. I could probably live on it (not that I plan to test that theory).

And the Old Fashioneds? Outstanding. Smooth, strong, with an elegant balance. They know how to brew a cocktail that makes you feel fancy without trying too hard.

Add in warm bread, great ambiance upstairs (if you snag the loft), and attentive service, and you’ve got yourself a stellar night out. If you’re in Lake George and craving Italian done right (with a side of amazing drinks), Saluti is your spot.

Bravo! Service, food and staff were awesome! The food is not only delish, the portions are...WOWZA! My husband had the fettuccine with broccoli and shrimp and I had angel hair pesto with chicken. The chicken was sooo moist and coated in pesto...not just grilled and laid on top. BRAVO! And the homemade cheesecake...yummy. Our waiter was charming and attentive. Will def be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most ridiculous dining experience of my life. Our server, Rachael, apparently decided that “service” wasn’t part of her job description. We were seated, waited, and waited… and nothing. No silverware, no plates, no water — absolutely nothing. After flagging her down twice and getting a blank stare in return, I literally had to bring my own silverware and plates just to eat. Yes, you read that right — I brought my own.

The table next to us looked just as lost, so clearly this isn’t a one-time issue. Rachael vanished for long stretches like she was on vacation, not at work. When she finally appeared, she dropped the check without ever checking on our food (which was cold by then).

If this place wants to stay open, they need to retrain their staff or maybe start by finding servers who actually want to serve. Rachael should not be anywhere near customers unless she’s dining herself. Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant.

I literally had the worst dining experience here. The server Rachael is the worst server I’ve ever had. No silverware was brought to us and I had to get places and silverware myself. There was absolutely no service whatsoever. We had good things about this place but it’s an absolute disappointment.

The beautiful server was cordial and business like. We had to ask for bread, and parmesan on the pasta. Otherwise, a good experience. This restaurant is not a tourist trap like those within the center of town. Everything was better than good, including the beverages!
