Silb Scoops is an absolute must have when in Lake George! Staff is extremely friendly and their ice cream is creamy and delicious. They even offer a ‘pup cup’ for the pooch!! Teddy approves!

Went on my annual trip to Lake George to see the fireworks with my family. What pairs best with fireworks and your family; ICE CREAM! I’ve been to every ice cream shop in lake George over the years, they do the job, but are more or less mediocre. Although, I stumbled upon a new ice cream shop called Silb Scoops. The ice cream as well as the extremely personable owners were exceptional. Much better than any other ice cream shop on the strip. I highly recommend you stop by and support Chris and Dani’s up and coming business in the Lake George Village Mall. Enjoy your fireworks and Silb Scoop Ice Cream. P.S. they also custom make ice cream sandwiches to your desire; absolutely DELICIOUS! Thank you and will be back next summer!

We stopped in for a quick dessert. The medium cup we ordered had a generous amount of ice cream. The flavors we chose - Sea Salt Caramel and Banana Cream Pie - were creamy and flavorful. The staff was friendly. We are likely to return.
