We just left there. We had a sit down dinner in the dining area and then went to the front to order a Nutella pizza to go. My kids and I were watching them make it when the young male employee took the gloves he was using to scoop and spread Nutella off his hand and then legit suck the Nutella of his fingers that got on his hand when taking the glove off. He used that same licked and ungloved hand to scoop strawberries out of the tub and then spread them on the Nutella pizza I brought it to their attention and the person, I assume was the manager, tried to continue making that same pizza and I said to the cashier “absolutely not, I want a refund, that’s disgusting” she went over to this person who took over making the pizza and we heard him say “oh, she’s watching” and then both males went to the back and the girl asked if I wanted a new one or a refund. So disgusting!!! 🤢

Horrible! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! THE SLICE IS OVER 3 BUCKS. THEY WARM THE PIZZA IN A TOASTER OVEN THAT WE ALL PROBABLY HAVE IN OUR KITCHEN OR AT LEAST ONCE BEFORE. THE PIZZA IS DRY, TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD, JUST DISGUSTING. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE SLICE I GOT.

I should have listened to the other negative reviews. The pizza was barely warm and tasted like cardboard. The ambiance was just as unappealing, with dirty tables. Rude staff and rude owner as well.Don’t waste your time or money here.

Went here the other night after an hour in the arcade next store. Place is always good when I go. Pizza was delicious, probably one of the places with the best garlic knots, but what I didn't care for was the added 20% for my family of 4. Otherwise it would have 5 stars. Service was well enough to deserve a decent tip but not a mandatory 20% I didn't even think to look for a disclaimer on the menu cause it's usually 6 or more people. Oh and a half full glass of milk or chocolate milk should not be almost 4 dollars.

Service was fast and excellent. Pizza very good. Also good milkshakes ?
To say disgusted would be a compliment. I am in Lake George for work. I work with people with disabilities. After getting our food the person preparing the boxes put them on the counter sarcastically saying " 17 slices ..idk " realizing our order may have frustrated the staff I said " thank you my friend " on the way out. To my suprise the man replied " I'm not your friend " wich to be honest was a pretty weird replie but whatever. Then as I made my way to the exit ...the owner turns around and says " take care of your retards " . I couldn't believe it. We were respectful and caused no issues the entire time. While our separate order's may have been a little frustrating I didn't see it as being a reason for such harmful talk. This was disturbing and I am taking it further then this post. Nobody should be treated that way especially after spending money and being nothing but polite. To the man behind the counter our agency comes to lake george often and I promise you we will never set foot in that pour excuse for a buisness again.

Let’s start with the fact that we waited about 20 minutes for anyone to seat us. Then we had the most rude woman as our waitress who was in a rush with everything. We had a couple people with us, and instead of questioning before hand, states at the end that they cannot split the bill.
The pizza, was MUSHY. It was sloppy, undercooked, and barely any cheese. The soda was flat, the water was warm.
Don’t stop in here, go down the street a bit to capri pizza- they were amazing!

Owners daughter is extremely rude and confrontational! Would not pack up our food, actually called the police because i refused to pay for food she would not pack to go. Jorrible ecperience. Have been visiting Lake George for years, will never go back to this place. Restaurant is dirty, Better pizzaand food at Capris, mega lune and guisseppes. Don't waste your time here!
